Time management is one of the biggest struggles of our times. So much to do, and only 24h to achieve it all. This leads a lot of people and especially solopreneurs to feel overwhelmed and sometimes burn out.
In this episode, Kate and I are not going to talk about time management systems, but instead we will discuss how to set the right mental foundations to beat overwhelm.
In fact, no tips, tricks or time hacking systems will help you become effective and reach your goals if you do not look deeper into your relationship with time.
It is such an honor to host Kate Erickson who has been a great inspiration for me in my own journey to improve my productivity, along with her life and business partner John Lee Dumas.
"Start asking yourself what your relationship with time is."

We live in a world where most of us are constantly ON and connected.
Also, thanks to technologies, we can easily run a business while being away.
Because of these two factors, there are now very few businesses that close for holidays, especially online businesses.
There is something we can learn from the good old times when the butcher or the baker around the corner would leave a note on their door saying, “closed for holidays.”
"Even if you do not need a break, your business might need one. "
