Last night marked a powerful new moon in Taurus, calling us back to our deep roots, to ground ourselves into the earth and simplify the noise and distractions that keep us from hearing our true self, soul and heart.

This week I talk about becoming. How as human beings we are constantly becoming and it is through committed and consistent choices, actions and behaviours aligned with our values and visions that we get to continually become more our authentic, aligned, powerful and whole true self.

This week we are officially in Taurus season, slow, steady, grounded. Yesterday was Earth Day which aligns perfectly with Taurus, a day to protect, to nourish the earth and to look at how we nourish, protect and praise ourselves.

This week , I talk about the power of words, how words create our realities, even the silent thoughts in our heads. We are constantly creating with words, so what are we saying?

Today is Good Friday, a nod to all the mythologies and traditions around the life death life cycle.

I discuss the word audacity, and how it is courageous and daring to feel our feelings. Our hearts are the most powerful organ in the body, constantly sending out electromagnetic energy that radiates beyond our physical body. So having the audacity to feel and release our emotions brings our entire body into a coherent physiological state, improving not only our own well being, but the vibrations and energy we give our to everyone around us.

Today, April 7th, Mercury stations direct in Pisces and communication, clarity and calm return. Tomorrow is my birthday, and April 12th brings the pink moon, the Libra full moon and Venus ending her retrograde.

This week I talk about the nervous system, and how I mean the parasympathetic nervous system when I talk about pursuing my nervous system to live in peace, in harmony and deliciously.

Happy New Year (again) up until about the 1500s we celebrated new year on April 1st.

This week, I talk about how we are a sum of our choices and actions, and we can better understand ourselves and others by looking at what we do, rather than what we say.

Exploring our pursuit of external validation, expectation, trappings, wealth at the cost of our internal peace, connection and wholeness. I reference Martha Beck’s book “The Way of Integrity” and discuss the integrating of body, mind, heart and soul that leads us back to the integrity and wholeness we were born with.

Spring arrives with this week and with its promise of new beginnings I have invented a new word- actionary. The opposite of reactionary, actionary is a choice and it is intentional. This week I also discuss Goddesses associated with st Patrick’s day and the spring Equinox, explore a little of the astrological events this month, and define what generational wealth means to me.

It’s Eclipse season with the Virgo Eclipse today and things are transforming. Today I talk about intentionality, and curiosity about our thoughts and habits.
