Lets face it for those of us who go through crashes they can be really frustrating. We want to be able to do so much more by our symptoms come down on us!
Today I wanted to share some of the things I like to do when I can manage them when in a crash, of course this depends on how bad the crash is but these are some typical things I enjoy when I have low energy.
