As someone with a chronic illness I am definitely NOT made for exams or generally the education system.
I had a 3 hour one on Monday and have a 5 hour one on Wednesday and then another on Friday and more next week. Raise of hands from people who don't think I'll manage haha (I am raising my hand).
It's exhausting and definitely an unfair system for all of us who will struggle and be at a disadvantage because of things we can't control.
Today I just chat about how I'm feeling after an exam, maybe some of you will relate. And I chat about how I think it's unfair how the system in designed.
Hope you enjoy and are having a good week :)
Feeling overwhelmed and out of control is normal so let's talk about its and share!
Today I spoke about what's been going on for me recently with going back to school and how my CFS has been and some of the things that come with chronic illness which shouldn't been thought of as gross or judged negativity in society.
I hope you enjoy today's episode and remember I'm back here every Wednesday with a new podcast episode.

The end of a year can be hard on those of us who's year is full of illness and hurt because of that illness but I want to remind you of how strong and powerful you are. Yes chronic illness is a daily battle which feels often like you're losing and it takes a lot from it but I want to remind you that you've made it all the way through this year. You have survived everyday and I am so proud of you because I know there were many days which it didn't feel possible.
You're amazing and strong and powerful, let no one tell you otherwise.
