Social distancing can't stop us from doing what we do best! In our opinion we are essential, we hope you guys do too. This week the guys bring back the energy to provide you guys the distraction you need amid all this COVID-19 news. We first salute "Friend of the Show" Fernando Cuevas from the "A Duo Contigo Podcast" out of Puerto Rico. We wish Tommy a very happy and GRAN 55th birthday. Then, we get into the "Today Is." which includes some advice from Tommy, about why skincare is important. We get another neat co-sign from a famous figure. Jay offers up 2 hypotheticals for the guys. Adam gives us some knowledge with his "#WTFrijoles." Then the guys wrap this episode up by giving you some essential tracks to play while you are subjected to quarantine. .. Of course, Jay has got to throw his flavor in there. While we try to lighten the mood during these difficult times, we do want to remind everyone to be safe and be prepared as much as they feel like they need to be.
