The Reframe: a tool that may not be so easy, but it's really simple. In this interactive episode, therapist Melody Murray shares her brilliance with members of the Forty Thrive community, as she answers questions and inspires us all to reframe in a way that will bring more peace, understanding and sanity to our lives.

Melody is the very first guest of our Forty Thrive live series. Each month, we record one episode where we include our Forty Thrive community members and podcast supporters.

You're Invited: Join Forty Thrive and Melody Murray for a special workshop called Who Are You? We dive into our Family of Origin which will help us begin to understand HOW we are WHO we are. This exercise helps us explore the Nature vs Nurture theories of who we become and why. Are we the sum of all our intentions and choices? Or are we destined to stay a certain way because of the choices made by the people
