Hugh Freeze deserves major props for seeing it in Jackson Arnold. 🙌 During fall camp, QBs can’t go live, so the offense wasn’t showing its full potential—and the headlines leaned negative. But Hugh knew Jackson’s legs were a real weapon, and in the season opener, Arnold proved him right in a big way.

On top of that, Auburn’s running backs showed toughness, grinding out the hard yards when short-yardage was supposed to be a concern. Even after the win, Hugh isn’t satisfied—saying the Tigers looked “sluggish” at times and can still play faster. Big relief, big confidence boost, and plenty of room to grow. Great stuff from Auburn’s debut.
