On this podcast, we talk about the recent running news, future trackstaa plans and why flotrack are ruining the sport...
The running news - Our thoughts. A more detailed discussion about our recent news youtube video. We talk about the news that happened within the running World during the 28th of december to the 3rd of January.
Another Podcast with our third host now Ben Crawford. We talk about our 2021 goals, as well as other things. Enjoy!
Today we're joined by Ben Crawford to talk about running as a whole in 2020. As well as this we talk about his magazine, which comes out very soon!
In this episode, some subjects may offend people, so a warning in advance, if you're easily offended, by explicit language, then this probably isn't the best podcast to listen too. Also, with the polarising characters that feature in this episode, some opinions and stories are spoke upon. Please remember these are light-hearted and most of the time (unless itβs Westfly), have no Malicious intent. Have a lovely Christmas and happy Simping.Β
On today's podcast we are joined by 1:46 800m runner Alex Botterill. Alex has an impressive championship record, with a Gold in the U20 Commonwealth Games, as well as placing 6th in the U20 despite falling over with 400m to go.
Another classic shakeout pod, where we speak absolute nonsense about the world of running for around 30 minutes. (usually more). Today we speak on 2020s breakthrough athletes and then talk on who we think will breakthrough in 2020. We Also spoke about something else. But i cant remember for the life of me what it is. So enjoy :)
On today's podcast, I'm joined by Becky Briggs, who has ran for GB in cross country and on the roads, for the Half Marathon. Becky has a British U20 half marathon record to her name as well. After recently changing coaches, her next aim is to compete at the Olympic marathon qualifiers, where she modestly claims she'd love to finish. Olympic qualifying is the only option, now that Becky has been on the trackstaa Podcast. Hope you enjoy!
In this podcast we speak on the fact that cross country was rejected for the Olympics, yet Breakdancing has been added, in an attempt to attract a younger audience. We also answer some of your questions and speak on, if we think Karsten Warholm could run a good 800m.
On today's running podcast or the shakeout podcast, as we've originally named it. We touch on the recent track and road races, that have been pretty decent to say the least. So many records over the past weekend. Most impressive would be the 57:32 half marathon World Record, which probably for the wrong reasons brings a lot of attention to the sport. Hope you enjoy.
