World 800m champ, boasting a 1:42.34 800m PB, friends with Craig Engels and an all round nice guy
We talk about personal injury experience and how we make sure we stay injury free.
On this weeks shakeout podcast, we try a completely unedited, un planned podcast. We answer some of our recent Instagram questions such as; who has the most drip Centrowitz or Craig Engels, the training weeks of elite athletes, the biggest regrets of our running career, the most difficult distance and more. Enjoy this completely random and unprofessional episode.
*Explicit* British champion and European youth champion joins us today for a bit more of an unconventional podcast. Apologies for some of the audio, it somehow got made worse during editing. We chat about training, lockdown life, winning the 1500m British championships, running fast on a long run, football (Soccer) and much more. George is currently the British champion indoors and outdoors and trains in Brighton, with Phoenix track club. Which includes; Elliot Giles and Kyle Langford.
Another shakeout podcast today. We speak about some of our current training and then mainly focus on what fashion choices it's acceptable to make within the sport. We also touch on some controversial subjects. Sorry not sorry.
Today's podcast is a solo one by Alfie. I'm just answering some Question's we've been asked on the story poll. These includes; The worst mistakes i've made in the sport, my tokyo predictions, the best and worst running shoes.
On today's podcast we are joined by Jake Wightman. We speak about the 2020 season and touch on some topics outside of the sport. Such as: who his least favourite Scottish teammate is ;)
ON this podcast Alfie and Rory, talk about their shoe rotation along with what a training Week looks like going into the winter season.
Today we're joined by Team project run head coach Lloyd Kempson. A full time coach who also competes at a high domestic level. Despite his elite level friendships with the likes of Ryan Gregson and Genevieve Gregson, he still managed to find it within himself to come on the podcast. We speak about the sport, his coaching methodology and lots of other things within and outside of the sport.
straight up waffling on this one :)
