  • 64: "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care"

In this episode I chat about an important part of my coaching philosophy, caring! I love the quote, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care" - Theodore Roosevelt. Show people that you care about them, that you are in their corner and that will go a long way. This has been true in my coaching career, and I believe it holds true in any relationship. I also discuss that recover is not linear, sometimes we have to take 1-2 steps back before we can take 3-4 steps forward!
