In this episode I chat with one of my athletes Chapin Jacob, who recently ran the Chicago Marathon on Sunday October 10th and then ran the Boston Marathon on Monday October 11th! In Chicago he ran a 3 minute PR in 2:53 and then followed that up with an impressive 3:04 at Boston the next day! We chat about why he wanted to do back to back marathons, what went into planning the logistics for the weekend, how we trained for this objective, and what other athletes can learn from this experience!
