Who is Warren Buffett? Hopefully you've at least heard of the name! 

American Billionaire, investor, philanthropist and currently the chairman & CEO of Berkshire Hathaway. He is one of the  best-known fundamental investors in the world and as of October 2023, his net worth is approximately $117 BILLION!

Making him the 7th richest man in the world!

So… with that being said… why not learn a little bit about this man.

EP6 - ANDREW HUBERMAN & ALCOHOL

Stumbled upon Andrew Huberman not too long ago... Host of The Huberman Lab Podcast. His 2 hour episode on alcohol blew my mind and conveniently crossed my path during a time of deep contemplation towards my relationship with alcohol!I have been drinking since high school... but lord knows I am no longer in high school! Allow me to riddle you with thoughts about my relationship with alcohol throughout the years to the present and at the end we can blend in some science revolving around the negative impacts of alcohol on our bodies and brain.In no way shape or form is this me being a prude or riding my high horse judging those who like to drink... Andrew Huberman says the same and does the same... we are both simply highlighting the facts... and for me this is a personal soapbox rant that hopefully can relate and assist those going through similar conflicts with their relationship to alcohol.

Today we introduce you to Jordan Peterson and dive into his book 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos... specifically... Rule 6: Setting Your House in Perfect Order.

We talk about his breakdown of the psychological viewpoints of mass shooters and how setting your house in order and cleaning your room should be an individual's primary focus first and foremost before organizing the world. 

Mr. Peterson preaches to not become resentful and bitter towards others without getting your shit together first... Contrary to these psychopathic mass shooters who believe it's society's fault first and that they are the narcissistic purveyors of truth who will solve these problems via destruction and terror.   I believe gratitude plays a role in all of this as well... 

Allow me to give my thoughts on what I am grateful for... and how my gratitude mantras help me when I feel down in the dumps with my first world problems! Coupling this perspective with actionable habits towards bettering myself has done wonders for me during the low times in my life and hopefully you take notes... Maybe it can help you as well!

It has worked wonders and hopefully you discover some atomic habits of your own to help you achieve your goals moving forward.Much to unpack... hopefully worth exploring and enjoying!

The Mystery of Sex Transmutation. Allow me to summarize Mr. Hill's definition and viewpoints of sex transmutation and relate it to some epiphanies in my life as well. Mr. Hill highlights that as a society we have shifted into a much more nonchalant view of sex... nothing more than a meaningless physical act, undermining the powerful emotional aspects it holds.
