In this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we use a triangle with sides of 100-200m in length or another area that you can run a triangle in to do some running and some strength, balance, agility and co-ordination exercises. You will run each side of the triangle and stop and perform the exercises on each corner.
Alternatively you can run in a straight line and just stop when I do and do the exercises!
Sessions starts at 15 mins following a pre-amble discussing the Kubler-Ross grief cycle and the need for self-compassion.
Also, got scared by cockerpoo at about 6 minutes
