Brandy and her neighbor paid $4000 up front for a fence and they just tore the fence down, Derrick was was told he would get separation pay and then when he left he did not get it, Steve is looking at buying a retirement home in AZ and is asking if a builder has to make a new house ADA compliant, Tea bought her house last year and her mortgage payments were $2700 and now went to $4000/month as they overpaid her taxes, Steve wants to make his garage into living space but is running into problems for permitting, this and much more.
