  • Murder In Moscow: Bryan Kohberger Is Being Threatened By Fellow Inmates (8/22/25)
Bryan Kohberger, who is serving four consecutive life sentences at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution (IMSI), has filed formal complaints detailing verbal threats and sexual harassment shortly after his transfer to J‑Block in late July. In a handwritten note dated July 30, he described being subjected to minute‑by‑minute harassment and asked to be moved to the quieter B‑Block. Five days later, on August 4, he submitted another complaint specifically citing crude sexual remarks from fellow inmates—one allegedly told him, “I’ll b--- f-- you,” while another quipped, “The only a-- we’ll be eating is Kohberger’s.” A guard confirmed hearing vulgar language directed at him, though could not identify the speaker, and Kohberger’s transfer request has been denied, with officials noting he reportedly still “feels safe to remain on tier 2 in J‑Block.”

Beyond these direct threats, reports indicate psychological harassment is already taking a toll. Inmates are reportedly taunting Kohberger continuously—including yelling through the vents in his cell—which has disrupted his sleep and mental well‑being. Despite being housed alone, the relentless nature of the harassment has prompted multiple complaints to prison staff. Authorities have acknowledged the taunting but maintain that security and order are being upheld, stating that verbal interactions among inmates are common and that Kohberger remains in a safe environment..

  • Stacey Plaskett Is Ordered To Stand Trial For Her Alleged Role In Epstein's Enterprise (Part 3) (8/21/25)
In a March 2025 ruling, U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian dismissed nearly all claims against every defendant except Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett, thereby ordering the case to proceed to trial against her in her individual capacity. The court found that Plaskett’s conduct—including soliciting campaign contributions from Jeffrey Epstein at his New York residence, accepting loans and political support, and approving substantial tax breaks for his businesses—created sufficient ties to New York to establish personal jurisdiction under the state's long-arm statute. Consequently, Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and negligence claims against her were allowed to move forward, while related claims against other Virgin Islands officials were dismissed on jurisdictional and legal grounds.

The judge also rejected the plaintiffs’ request for jurisdictional discovery, concluding they had failed to make a prima facie showing to justify it. With all other defendants out of the picture, Plaskett stands as the sole defendant facing trial in this high-profile case. The court further invited motions from both sides regarding venue transfers and potential defenses such as immunity, providing a clear path for the next legal phase.

  • Stacey Plaskett And Her Motion For Rule 11 Sanctions Against The Epstein Survivors (Part 2) (8/21/25)
Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett, the Delegate from the U.S. Virgin Islands, became the lone remaining defendant in a civil case filed by six survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse after the court dismissed the claims against other parties. The survivors alleged that Plaskett was complicit in Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, accusations that she forcefully denied. In April 2025, a second amended complaint reiterated the charges, to which Plaskett responded by filing a motion to dismiss, calling the claims baseless and defamatory. She has consistently framed the lawsuit as politically motivated and lacking in legal merit.

Prior to this, in July 2024, Plaskett filed a motion under Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure seeking sanctions against the survivors’ attorney. Rule 11 motions are designed to punish parties or lawyers for filing frivolous, unfounded, or harassing litigation. Plaskett argued that the case against her was precisely that.

  • Diddy And The Fulsome Hearing Request (8/21/25)
In advance of today’s hearing, the defense submits this letter in response to the Government’s November 18, 2024 letter (Dkt. 72). The defense asserts that the Government’s actions represent a severe and intentional breach of attorney-client privilege. The conduct has compromised the confidentiality of the defendant’s communications with counsel, exposing critical trial strategy, including plans for expert testimony, witness approaches, and other privileged matters.

The defense argues that the Government’s actions are not only egregious but have caused significant harm to the integrity of the proceedings. By gaining access to the defendant’s privileged information, the Government has undermined the fairness of the trial, leaving the defense at a distinct disadvantage. This breach demands immediate scrutiny and rectification to ensure justice is upheld.

  • IRS Blindness, Billionaire Bribes, and Epstein’s Empire (8/21/25)
Senator Ron Wyden has sharply criticized the IRS for failing to audit or investigate the massive payments—estimated at at least $158 million, and possibly up to $170 million—made by private equity billionaire Leon Black to Jeffrey Epstein between 2012 and 2017. Wyden questioned how Epstein, who had no formal credentials in tax or accounting, could receive such high sums—exceeding compensation paid to other top advisors—without raising any red flags, and pointed out that much of this was paid “ad hoc” without written contracts. He urged the IRS to explain why these seemingly suspicious tax‑planning transactions were never subject to scrutiny despite their scale and Epstein’s criminal history

Additionally, Wyden revealed that his office accessed a trove of financial records indicating approximately 4,725 wire transfers amounting to over $1 billion linked to Epstein, including interactions with Russian banks connected to sex trafficking. He accused the Treasury Department of withholding these critical Suspicious Activity Reports from oversight and insisted that the lack of broader prosecutions or investigations suggests a cover‑up. Wyden accused federal agencies of “sleepwalking” through evidence that might have exposed Epstein’s alleged façade of financial expertise and facilitated accountability for those who funded his operations.

  • The Jeffrey Epstein Congressional Hearings: A True Pursuit Of Justice Or Just Optics? (Part 2) (8/21/25)
The congressional hearings surrounding Jeffrey Epstein are less about justice and more about optics. Behind the staged outrage, secret depositions, and selective leaks lies a carefully managed narrative meant to pacify the public while protecting the powerful. Key figures tied to the original Non-Prosecution Agreement—Acosta, Mukasey, Filip, Menschel, Villafaña—have never been subpoenaed, a glaring omission that reveals the process is not about uncovering truth but about burying it. Rather than transparency, we are handed redactions, secrecy, and closed-door questioning that serve only to shield institutions complicit in Epstein’s protection.

What the public is witnessing is a modern-day bread and circus. Instead of gladiators, we are given congressional theatrics designed to create the illusion of accountability while ensuring nothing of substance changes. Survivors remain sidelined, critical testimony is hidden, and the system that enabled Epstein continues untouched. The hearings are not a path to justice but a spectacle of distraction, meant to drain outrage, exhaust demands for truth, and keep the machinery of power intact. Until the curtain of secrecy is torn down, accountability will remain an illusion.
