  • Stuntman John Doe And His Allegations Against Diddy (Part 1) (5/25/25)
In Case No. 1:24-cv-08812, filed on November 19, 2024, in the Southern District of New York, the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, alleges that in October 2001, he was lured to New York City under the pretense of auditioning for a role as a police officer in a music video. After coordinating with a female casting director, he traveled to Manhattan, booking a room at the Hotel Newton on the Upper West Side. The following day, he was directed to a suite near the top of a hotel located on the south side of Central Park.

The plaintiff claims that upon arrival, he was offered a Diet Coke that tasted unusual. Subsequently, he began to feel disoriented and lost consciousness. He alleges that he awoke to find Sean "Diddy" Combs sexually assaulting him, with Combs's bodyguard restraining his arms. After the assault, the plaintiff asserts that he fled the scene. The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages for the alleged assault, emphasizing a pattern of such behavior by Combs over the years, purportedly facilitated by various individuals and entities.

  • Tony Buzbee Gets Smacked By The Court (5/24/25)
Attorney Tony Buzbee, known for representing over 100 alleged victims in sexual assault lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs, has encountered a significant legal hurdle. The Committee on Grievances for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) recently denied his application for admission to practice in the district, citing his failure to seek proper admission before appearing in cases within its jurisdiction. This decision restricts Buzbee from litigating in the SDNY, which encompasses key areas including New York City's five boroughs.

In response, Buzbee has indicated plans to seek "pro hac vice" admission, a legal provision allowing attorneys not licensed in a specific jurisdiction to practice temporarily for particular cases, contingent upon court approval. This process requires him to attach the denial order to each request for admission moving forward. Despite this setback, Buzbee maintains that he is licensed to practice law in New York State and remains committed to his ongoing cases.

  • Tony Buzbee Troubles Continue To Build As He Now Has Active Lawsuits Against Him On Both Coasts (5/24/25)
Jay-Z and Sean "Diddy" Combs are actively pursuing legal action against attorney Tony Buzbee following allegations made in a civil lawsuit. In December 2024, Buzbee filed a lawsuit accusing both artists of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl in 2000, claims which Jay-Z and Combs vehemently denied, labeling them as baseless and extortionate. Jay-Z responded by filing a defamation lawsuit against Buzbee, asserting that the attorney's public statements and social media posts were defamatory and intended to inflict emotional distress. Despite the original lawsuit being withdrawn in February 2025, Jay-Z's defamation claim has been deemed substantial enough by a Los Angeles judge to proceed to trial, with the next court hearing scheduled for March 26.
Concurrently, Sean Combs is challenging Buzbee's legal maneuvers in other jurisdictions. Buzbee, representing multiple individuals alleging sexual misconduct by Combs, sought permission to practice in the Southern District of New York for these cases. Combs' legal team opposed this request, citing "egregious misconduct" by Buzbee and arguing that such behavior should disqualify him from practicing in that district. This opposition reflects Combs' broader strategy to contest the credibility and legal standing of Buzbee as he defends against the numerous allegations.

  • Anthony Buzbee Withdraws From Over A Dozen Lawsuits Filed Against Diddy (5/24/25)
Prominent Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has withdrawn from representing plaintiffs in over a dozen sexual abuse lawsuits against Sean "Diddy" Combs in the Southern District of New York (SDNY). This decision follows a court order from U.S. District Judge Ronnie Abrams, who noted that Buzbee was not admitted to practice in the SDNY and had failed to disclose this information. In response, Buzbee acknowledged his oversight and filed motions to withdraw from 15 federal cases, stating that his admission status had become a "distraction" from the pursuit of justice for his clients

The issue arose after Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter filed a grievance against Buzbee, alleging unauthorized practice in the SDNY. Buzbee, who is licensed to practice in New York state courts and the Eastern District of New York, indicated that he plans to address the grievance and seek proper admission to the SDNY. In the meantime, he continues to represent clients in related cases in New York state courts and intends to file additional lawsuits in Nevada and California.

  • Diddy Moves To Have Count 3 Of His Superseded Indictment Dismissed (5/24/25)
In the Memorandum of Law supporting Sean Combs's Motion to Dismiss Count Three of the Superseding Indictment in case 1:24-cr-00542-AS, the defense argues that the charge is legally insufficient and fails to meet the required statutory elements. They contend that the indictment lacks specificity, particularly in detailing the alleged conduct and its connection to the purported criminal enterprise. Furthermore, the defense asserts that the prosecution's interpretation of the statute is overly broad, potentially criminalizing behavior beyond the law's intent. They emphasize that without clear evidence linking Combs to the alleged illegal activities in Count Three, the charge should be dismissed to uphold the principles of fair notice and due process.

  • Security John Doe And The Diddy Defendants Fire Off Dueling Letters (5/24/25)
The Combs Defendants, including Sean Combs and his affiliated companies, have requested a pre-motion conference to seek dismissal of Plaintiff John Doe’s First Amended Complaint (ECF #28) with prejudice. Filed under Court’s Individual Rule 2(B), the request argues that the lawsuit lacks legal merit and should be entirely dismissed.

Plaintiff John Doe, through counsel, submits this response to the February 25, 2025 letter motion (Dkt. No. 51) filed by Sean Combs, Daddy’s House Recordings Inc., CE OpCo, LLC (d/b/a Combs Global), Bad Boy Entertainment Holdings, Inc., Bad Boy Productions Holdings, Inc., Bad Boy Books Holdings, Inc., and Bad Boy Entertainment LLC (collectively, the “Combs Defendants,” with the exception of Mr. Combs, referred to as the “Company Defendants”). In their motion, the Combs Defendants seek leave to file a motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s Complaint (Dkt. No. 1). This response addresses the defendants’ request and the grounds on which they seek dismissal.

  • Mariott Hotels Reply In Further Support Of Dismissing Candace McCrary's Claims (5/24/25)
In the case of Jane Doe v. Sean Combs et al. (Civ. No. 1:24-cv-08054-MKV), Defendant Marriott International, Inc. has submitted a reply memorandum in further support of its motion to dismiss the complaint. Marriott argues that the plaintiff's allegations fail to establish a legal basis for holding the company liable for the alleged actions of the co-defendants. They contend that the complaint lacks specific factual assertions linking Marriott to any wrongful conduct and that mere association with other defendants does not suffice to state a claim.

Furthermore, Marriott emphasizes that the plaintiff's claims against it are speculative and unsupported by concrete evidence. The company asserts that the complaint does not demonstrate how Marriott had any control over or direct involvement in the alleged incidents. As a result, Marriott requests that the court dismiss the claims against it, arguing that allowing the case to proceed without substantive allegations would set a concerning precedent for corporate liability based on tenuous connections.

  • Diddy Defendants Move To Dismiss Halloween Jane Doe's Allegations (Part 2) (5/24/25)
In Case No. 24-CV-08808-JAV, the defendants, including Sean Combs, have filed a Motion to Dismiss the complaint brought against them by the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe. In their memorandum supporting this motion, the Combs defendants argue that the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, asserting that the plaintiff has not demonstrated an "injury in fact" necessary for standing. They contend that the alleged injuries are speculative and not concrete or imminent, as required by legal standards.

  • Adult Entertainer John Doe And His Lawsuit Filed Against Diddy (Part 5) (5/24/25)
In the civil case Doe v. Combs et al., filed on February 4, 2025, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 1:25-cv-00996-JLR), the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, brings forth multiple allegations against defendants Sean Combs and Bad Boy Records. The claims include human trafficking, sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract. Doe asserts that from approximately 2007 to 2012, Combs engaged in non-consensual sexual acts, including forcible anal penetration, and subjected him to physical confinement in various locations, including hotel rooms and Combs' residence. Additionally, Doe alleges that Combs' continuous death threats and coercion prevented him from asserting his rights within the statutory period, leading to claims under the California Trafficking Victims Protection Act and other related statutes.

The complaint further contends that Bad Boy Records benefited from and facilitated Combs' alleged misconduct by maintaining an environment that enabled these actions. Doe claims that the defendants' actions have caused him significant monetary damages, physical injury, and severe psychological distress. He seeks compensatory and punitive damages, as well as injunctive and declaratory relief. The lawsuit emphasizes that due to the alleged continuous threats and coercion by Combs, Doe was compelled to delay filing the action, and it argues that the defendants should be estopped from invoking the statute of limitations as a defense.
