The legend of Lizzie Lincoln is so famous around Berks County that it has found a home in numerous books about Pennsylvania ghost stories. However, it turns out that the entire legend may be nothing more than a hoax perpetrated by a lawless landfill owner... with a penchant for toxic waste.
