The Truth Method

Have you ever noticed it's incredibly easy to feel as though our energy is being snatched from underneath us, leaving us tired, sad, and exhausted. This can happen because of a job, our family, friends, or people we may not even know. So, how can we avoid this happening at all? What if we told you in order for your energy to be drained, you first had to agree to it give it up in the first place. This agreement is usually subconscious, but once connected to Truth, you then are able to reveal which beliefs caused your energy to flee. It can be just as easy to return this energy to its rightful owner (you) the moment you tackle why it was allowed to leave in the first place. Mastering this takes self awareness and a perseverance to no longer allow negative belief systems to control how you experience the world.

We all have experienced dreams that are bigger than ourselves. It may be an invention, a company, product, service, job, or intention that we hold passion for, but rarely do anything about. "Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you” 

When we dissect this phrase, how could the strength of a mustard seed have the power to move mountains? What does this mean? To have the faith of a mustard seed is to not measure it's worth in size or appearance, but in the possibilities of its existence. A mustard seed, yet small, contains all the properties to transform itself into the tallest of trees. The confidence and absolution it holds within its composition is the force behind this metaphor. When we shift our beliefs to absolution, knowing all we are capable of achieving without fear or doubt, we harness the power of the mustard seed and its ability to know its own potential.

When we are critical of ourselves or others, we rob the space to elevate the best version of a person. For those who identify as feminine, we shut down and become untrusting towards those who are critical of us. For those who identify as masculine, we loose respect and feel the repercussions of that negative behavior. If we are critical of ourselves, we first need to address why we feel like we need total control. When we ask a "good ask", we can create the environment for humans to thrive. Once our need is released, and we no longer feel constriction around the subject, we create the space for others to choose whether or not they feel in alignment with our request. Above all, grace is the number one factor in counteracting criticism and the binding feeling that comes along with it. We are all growing and the first step is awareness...

Want to know the secret to truly receiving your manifestations?

The answer lies within your feelings. Some of us will say that our imagination doesn't work like it used to, we just let life happen to us, or we feel like we do not possess the ability to call forth what we wish to receive. When we understand that our imagination is the birthplace of all creation, we can begin to train ourselves to enter the feeling of absolution. Your manifestation may not be forming because you have not felt the force of it completed. In order for our wishes and creations to be formed in the outer world, we must first experience the image, feeling, or sensation FULLY in our inner world. For example, if you experience sadness remind yourself of a time that brought you immense happiness and allow yourself to remain in that feeling. Remember, our emotions are feedback and can be used as a tool to feel the full extent of our creations turned into reality.

Far too often we are controlled by the emotions we become subject to through life's experiences. Anger, hatred, confusion, hurt, pain, worry, and any emotion that throws our mind into an emotional spin, drains all of our energy and steals our power in the process.

Use these three Spoken Treatments to gain clarity of your emotions: 

• I pause to seek Truth first, my emotions no longer consume me. 
• My emotions are feedback to the beliefs in my soul. 
• My emotions tell me if I am seeing through the eyes of my ego, or Truth. 

Once we understand that our emotions are simply feedback for the beliefs in our soul, we can pause before we allow the emotion to take over and control how we feel. Emotions are not our identity, they are indicators of our subconscious thoughts ruled by our ego.

Have you ever noticed that people who experience the same setback or situation react differently based off the beliefs they hold? It's because we all experience individualization before we become spiritually aware.  With this knowledge we can use our emotions as a tool to reveal our inward state, no longer are our emotions the "ruler" of our identities and how we operate within the world.
