Many Black women find themselves looking at articles across the web , that refer to black women as being " the least desirable" or the last chosen amongst other nationalities of women.

Some black women make an assumption that it must be solely based off of her complexion or looks that she is excluded from selection.

But could  it be  that-  (some) black women unknowingly have difficulty in how to carry themselves

"It's the black woman's fault" or its "the white mans fault."  But a real man knows when, "its his fault."

Will the black man ever grow up from that guy who hangs on the block by day, plays X-box till evening, leaves his mother's house to move in with the next woman. 

Furthermore, has the black man grown too complacent with the role of "victimhood." Can he ever truly transition from being called "boy" to a man if he continues to place the responsibilities and obligations given to him and passes them along to others.

If started out as us being unwillingly sexualized, but are we as women playing a part in our own humiliation ?

The negative stereotypes about African American's have been drilled so far into the heads of many ( even ourselves at times) that when others come across a brilliant black woman, man, or child it is played off as some sort of " phenomenon" with undertones of condescending, or back handed remarks.

Always hold your shoulders back

As a black man or woman; you must mentally fight against any concept that teaches or suggests that you are anything less than extraordinary and exceptionally beautiful. The fact that we were originally made in God's image- how have we been taught and conditioned to think otherwise?

The Anglo Saxon Doctrine teaches that the black man and woman ( nor black people in general) must not be allowed to trust each other. That black people must only love and trust white people. The material also teaches that white people are to never trust us, yet while blacks are totally expected to love and trust them. It also discusses methods in keeping black people in an environment of hatred and envy towards one another so that white people can not only maintain the slave master/ slave relationship, but also to be able to sleep soundly at night while living amongst black people.

It also goes on to say that black people are useless to the American Economy if we are in our original state (The Letter of Willie Lynch)

Do we kill and hurt each other, not to survive against each other, but to survive in a white nation.

If black people started to love each other, would that put our life at risk in this country?

For it is easier for us to hate each other just to please others- but will take sheer bravery to unite despite the consequences

It is hard to stick around and raise children with or by someone you never took the time to know.

Its even harder to respect a person when you don't even know their name.

Black women often take the brunt of every time a child, especially a male grows up to engage in criminal behavior. Hardly ever are the fathers brought to account in the black community.

For it is said that children are 3x as likely to be involved in negative behavior coming from single mother households.

This episode discusses the need for black men not to mock women, nor belittle black women's sexual improprieties without examining their own.

Quite often black men claim that black mothers abuse their children; whether it be psychologically, verbally or physically. But after the black woman has been abused by her mate and left - what does the black man think will happen to his children's lives?

The black man has been oppressed so much as to hate, not only his own reflection when he looks in the mirror- but any one or thing that resembles his own reflection - including his own women and children!

In retrospect leaving that black woman on a generational downward spiral of hatred of the black male and the black male's disdain for the black woman.
