Are young black female children encouraged more to study academically while our young black males are encouraged more to pursue areas such as sports, and entertainment?

Does the black woman aim too high, or has the black man been taught to settle at the level they are at?

Should a black woman refrain from obtaining special education and higher degrees so that she won't be considered arrogant by some black men's standards?

Are some black men who are now successful, but once a blue collar worker; marrying non- black women out of resent ,because   black women wouldn't give him the time of day before he made it big- so now he feels as though black women may not be good enough?

Should the black woman:

(a) have to pay majority of the bills to live where her education has finally landed her just to to keep a man by her side .

(b)Or to keep from being accused of trying to "outshine" the black man-choose not to pursue education, and to maintain the same level as the black men she may be  surrounded by.

(c)Obtain as much education and wealth as she possibly can - because she knows she may end up alone.

(d) Hope that more black men realize how important clean criminal records are, and have the ambition to pursue more career based, educational, or self employed options that will  make them a better match and increase their suitability. 

Is it possible for the black woman to have both love and success- or must it be one or the other?

There is a fine line between having the confidence not to care what others think and having self respect for yourself.

The black community complains that our elders wont speak to us and give us advice or wisdom but when they do speak up- they are often shown disrespect and the advice is discarded.

Women like Madam C.J Walker fought for the black woman's self esteem - so that we could wear our hair uncovered without  shame and without a bonnet.

How quickly do we give away the rights that our ancestors bled for.

Besides the Uniformed explanation of the history on Dr. Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, and Harriet Tubman that is given to our children from grades K-12. United States  history books are saturated with slavery.  As if to say  black people originated from slavery which couldn't be furthest from the truth.

Europeans have "mastered" defining and telling everyone else about their history and where they come from- but their own true origins.

Also, when confronted, their favorite rebuttal is that " our own people sold us." But lets dive deeper.

In order for America to truly heal, both sides have to be willing to face truth, however ugly it may be.

White America cant get past seeing black people as only " Negroes"

And Black America love being that " Negro."

Its a popular discussion to talk about the the black women who have problems with male authority due to them having, "daddy issues." But what good will that do the black community if we don't address the damages that have been done to young black males- that causes a horrific on- going cycle that enables them to look at the black female child as less than human.

Can the man who states that, " a woman's___________ ain't worth__________ !  

  Honestly teach his daughter anything about self esteem or how a man should treat her.

How can you stop other men from treating your daughter like this when you pass this mentality on to the next generation?

The young black man was taught to spread his seeds freely without any thought as to how this may effect his inheritance, bank accounts or property- because in many instances he had none!

But now more than ever, more black men are  either at the cusp-  or have achieved success, only to  find that their finances  are being sifted because they were not fully educated on how their seeds( offspring;) and the women they impregnate  are interconnected to their bank accounts.

For every Black man who laughed at a single mother on welfare- was a black man who left a woman and a child to beg alone 

For every black man who laughs at the lowered self esteem of his women- yet continue to make explicit songs that describe her in nothing but explicit sexual material

For every black man who laughs at the bitter, angry or mentally ill state of the black woman- when  her mind was destroyed through dealing with and trying to survive to love the mentally challenged black man.

For every black man who called a  naturally black woman a "man" and talked about her features by calling them ugly- only laughed an talked about his own features. Because a black woman's physical features derive from that of a black man.

For every black man that sat around and laughed at black women for being too easy, loose , or whorish- there was a  black man who betrayed, lied, took advantage, turned her out ,  or tricked her out. After all, she didn't turn herself out.

Instead of the everyday black man sitting in groups laughing about the last chick he knocked down- encourage yourself, and other black men to think about the effects and influence that they have and how they can help- because every time you laugh at the condition of a black woman you are only laughing at yourself.

We fight against teachers who are prejudice, and with  school systems that may have poor curriculums. But how much of that failure falls back on us as parents?

Teaching starts at home at least 2-3 hours a day after school with your child.

The child's first introduction to material shouldn't be inside the classroom( especially K-6 grades)

The child must have mentally stimulating games such as flash cards and building blocks etc.

Teachers are not daycare providers. Therefore should not have to  deal with uncivilized behavior

Although adults have learned to mask their problems with a smile- children act out what they see at home, which can cause an hazardous environment to others.

Black People we must do better and use our energy to  take our children's future more seriously.

When you ask a woman to be submissive to you - you are asking for her to trust your decision making abilities,  and to support your mission in life. Furthermore, that you will not exploit ( damage) the same traits that you claim that you desired most in her.

In retrospect, are black men requiring their cut without delivering the other end of the deal?

The black woman has the heart and mind to trust the black man, but out of fear she has grown not to- by going against her female instinct.

Children are most often raised successfully when both mother and father place value, priority ,and obligation on the lives of their offspring.

We are seeing more news clips, about the mom who left the baby with the new boyfriend, or the mom ( and or child) who ends up being killed by the man she chose to let live with her.

 We have one million terms to call these mothers ranging from selfish, and  careless- 

We often talk about the disgrace that is  associated with the mother who places her own ambition, self- indulgence in the opposite sex , or needs above their children- yet we never mention the men who continue to leave their God given duties, and obligation for women that they place above their own children's needs( such as food, shelter and a sense of belonging,) We often excuse these actions as" a man being a man." 

The only way for a man to truly know that his children will never be violated, harmed or taken advantage of - is if he lives in the home to watch them grow up.

It is time for the black man to stop placing 100% of the failure rate of our black children solely on the black woman and still expect to be considered men.

If you as a man couldn't find the value in the reason to stay around to raise your child, don't become shocked-  that some women may not find the value in the reason to correctly raise your child. 

Lastly, if you want black women to stop placing other men above your child's safety and needs

You must gain the discipline to stop placing strange women over your own children first.
