What young women must understand is that: their body is not to be used as commodity such as being used in exchange for; promotions, reduced purchase pricing, gifts, or money.

Just because a guy offers you money and gifts does not mean that he loves, respects, or cares for you.

Is it because Black people were taught to go against each other, and to respect and obey White Over seers and Master's during slavery? So therefore, has it been ingrained in most black people's head not to go against them?

Do we tend to take black management, more so  as a "joke." and don't expect them to follow company policy?

Regardless, to nationality; all management deserves proper respect and vice versa?

But why do (some) black people respect non- black management more. And white employee's are more able to accept directions  from management that resemble them?

No one wants to be taken advantage of. But are some Black Men using the word to discourage other men not to have any respect for  Black Women?

Are some brothers just as afraid of vulnerability(and kindness) as they claim that some Black women are?

A Olympic Swimmer, of African descent and hair texture was denied wearing a soul cap that would enable her  to maintain her naturally textured hair without having to alter (flatten) her hair to compete. Many commentators were stating that she should have to shave her hair off or just be quiet. Almost as if to say that she should be grateful that she is allowed to swim at all.

Along with other issues and topics that pertain to heritage, ethnicity, and race - are Black people demonized, criticized, or silenced from speaking out about their perception or point of view?

Could they handle being done the same way?

When most men discuss their status in society they usually state or make reference that they are superior to the female species

Superior-Higher than another in rank, station, or authority: a superior officer.

Black Men are usually no exception to this mindset. But are most (or some) Black Men failing to take accountability and responsibility for the conditions that surround them such as their environment, women, and children.

Although he vocally states his authority, yet when it comes to answering up or giving account he tends to shirk back or displace the responsibility on to another race of man or black women.

The first step in black men asserting themselves in their rightful position and to restore the proper order that he seeks-he must assume responsibility (despite how difficult or abnormal this may seem)  to make the transition from being helpless ( or the victim of white men) to a man who is well respected,  not only in the sight of black women but the world itself.

True, the original design (intent) was for the black man's image to be destroyed in the sight of black women, and to be rendered helpless at bull-whip and gun point.

But......

How long will the Black Man watch the displacement and the dysfunction of his women& children, and communities go on- and state that he has nothing to do with the said issues- yet expect for these same women to show him reverence and respect?

Lastly, how long will the Black Man argue to the Black Woman that her disdain and contempt for the Black Man is despicable- without the Black Man fixing the underlying issue?

I  encourage Black Men Nationwide- to use critical thinking skills and analyze how his actions effect not only himself, but his own fellow black man in regards to: leaving one black woman scarred is only leaving another Black Man down the road to have to attempt dealing with her. 

The Black Woman is on "autopilot." She pushes one man away, out of anxiety and fear that she will be hurt or lied to again.

Furthermore, If the Black Man wants the Black Woman to change and become more trustworthy. He must become so himself.

Indeed, some of our Black Men's mind's have been conditioned and damaged to view Black Women- regardless as to class and conduct with, disrespect. And as the Black Man must be re-educated; so must the Black Woman. We can no longer vocalize the demand for respect without exuding the characters and conduct that exemplify those attributes. 

We must have a plan, with a conscious mind to execute(put into action.)

We need pioneers( both male and female) that will take our people into the next step of evolution. 

We need more black women that will say that. "enough is enough." Despite what is popular- I won't engage in activities that have proven to be harmful to myself and other sisters and brothers.

The Black Woman must regain consciousness of her natural state , because all black children enter through her vortex(portal) and shall remain unconscious ( if the issues go unsolved) which continues to  sets the black man and woman back generations at a time.

The Black Woman must give the the Black Man a reason to regain respect for her!

The Black Woman is like a dehydrated flower that droops it's petals, from lack of sunlight, oxygen, and water; without the love of the Black Man. 

Since Black people have been  over taken by European rule. The Black Woman has always had her Black Man stripped from her( and vice versa)- rendering her virtually helpless and made to fend for herself.

The Black Woman has had to put on a "false sense" of security that tells Black Men," to leave" even before they have attempted to exit. That exclaims to Black Men," that she doesn't need him!" when on the inside, she is only one heartache away from mental anguish at the fear of the absence of another Black Man.

The Black Woman wants to love but is afraid she will be hurt, Wants to tell you, but is afraid through a hardened heart that she will not be heard.

The only thing that will take away the Black Woman's pain is that of a Black Man.
