When most men discuss their status in society they usually state or make reference that they are superior to the female species

Black Men are usually no exception to this mindset. But are most (or some) Black Men failing to take accountability and responsibility for the conditions that surround them such as their environment, women, and children.
Although he vocally states his authority, yet when it comes to answering up or giving account he tends to shirk back or displace the responsibility on to another race of man or black women.
The first step in black men asserting themselves in their rightful position and to restore the proper order that he seeks-he must assume responsibility (despite how difficult or abnormal this may seem) to make the transition from being helpless ( or the victim of white men) to a man who is well respected, not only in the sight of black women but the world itself.
True, the original design (intent) was for the black man's image to be destroyed in the sight of black women, and to be rendered helpless at bull-whip and gun point.
How long will the Black Man watch the displacement and the dysfunction of his women& children, and communities go on- and state that he has nothing to do with the said issues- yet expect for these same women to show him reverence and respect?
Lastly, how long will the Black Man argue to the Black Woman that her disdain and contempt for the Black Man is despicable- without the Black Man fixing the underlying issue?
