  • #137 - ‘Triangulation - or is that Strangulation?’ (The Drama Triangle)

Persecutor-Victim-rescuer..recognise yourself or somebody else you know? These 3 positions are hardwired into the human psyche. Generally we are aware of these dynamics & do not get trapped in the potential suffocating effects of this insidious ‘set up’ Narcissists, abusers & immature personalities thrive in the Drama triangle-they love it & derive great pleasure & supply from trapping us & others (flying monkeys) in this insidious, harmful dynamic. Keep your wits about you & pay close attention to relationship & communication patterns in your world!

  • #135 - ‘Inner child/Outer Adult’ (Childlike or Childish?)

Childlike or Childish? Are we fully in our adult selves or merely fucked up kids in grown up bodies? I think most reasonable human beings, strive to be responsible adults & keep our inner little ones in check with kindness, love, compassion & a firm, steady hand. We live in a confusing post truth society that rewards childish, narcissistic behaviour, where selfishness, greed & tantrums are cheered on. Moody (fake) vulnerable victims suck up all the oxygen & garner all the attention as we collude with & coddle these grown up children...what you think?

  • #134 - ‘Is that a love bomb in your pocket, or are you just pleased to deceive me...??’

This pod delves into techniques, strategies & mindsets to help you manage & cope with difficult personality types, particularly those who play the ‘victim game’ & hide behind the shy or vulnerable persona...The gold star response is ‘no contact’. That's not always possible, so we may work with, live with, love or be in love with these very challenging personalities. So we play with Grey rocking, plumping & the Redzer special: flipping the script & love bombing the shit out of them as a beautiful & creative way of maintaining your joy & sanity as we maneuver our way around these dark & devious delights!

  • #133 - ‘Playing the victim game..’ (The heart of the difficult personality)

In this episode, I take a closer look at what's behind the difficult/toxic/narcissistic personality. What drives this distorted energy? Its not unusual to find the victimhood mentality right at the core... This combined with the vulnerable’ or timid narcissistic presentation, brings a volatile cocktail of seething entitlement, poor meism, moody nobody really gets me, covert vengeance, paranoia & addiction to blaming others... Which is incredibly difficult to deal with or relate to. It also prevents the person from growing up, taking responsibility for themselves & becoming equal adults & good faith actors in the game of life.

  • #130 - ‘Really..? ’(Meaning: is this where you’re coming from?)

‘Are you for real?’ ‘So this is who you are...’ In this episode I take a close look at our inner experience & expression of the phrase: ‘Really?’ & all the different meanings that might have depending on what we are encountering or dealing with in the other. Is it that longed for, beautiful, humble: ‘really’ thank you for being you & being so lovely in the way you love me! Or is it the dreaded: ‘really’ (for fucks sake!) I thought you were better than this! Tune in & see what you think!
