Are you ready to climb aboard the magic bus or train & embrace your life right here, right now? Healing occurs in the present moment, with present moment awareness. Even when we travel back in time to our early or original wounds, this happens in the context of the here and now. The past is gone, we cant go back in that sense, however, if we are anchored in the present, grounded in our bodies & fully in our adult selves, we most certainly can recall, remember, reflect, feel..& most importantly... re-negotiate the meaning from a kind, compassionate, calm & intelligent perspective. This is called ‘Integration’ all aboard for here & now healing!

When we use the term ‘healing’ what do we actually mean? How do we know when its really happening, ‘in motion’ so as to speak..what does it feel like? What should we look for? Using the analogy of the physical wound & how that heals offers us some clues..with the human heart/psyche this process may not be as clearcut & straightforward. Either way, there comes a point where we feel we are ‘over’ something or someone, we have worked it through, got closure, can move on etc..lets get close to the bone as we deep dive into this therapeutic phenomenon.
