If you're stuck on the idea that to be successful you need to have these major accomplishments, you may also find yourself paralyzed by your own overwhelm in the fact that you have too much to consider before ever getting started. In this episode, I offer a different perspective. The idea that you can achieve success simply by taking that first step - by doing SOMETHING. To get started with anything, all it really takes is that first step and if that can look like success to you, then it's all you really need to be motivated to continue. By not feeling like you need a full outline and plan before getting started, you free yourself to experience the leap - that moment when you just decide to jump right in and see what happens. You might be surprised!

I know it's been awhile and while I've had so many ideas for topics to share, it's been a bit of a struggle to find the time. Additionally, as I've mentioned before, this show is unscripted and unplanned which means I record when the spirit moves me!

It's been a bit since I presented you all a new episode - you know, sometimes life happens! I've had so many ideas as to what I wanted to get on here and talk about, but I had to wait for the perfect timing.

Then, one evening, my daughter, along with my friendly neighborhood spirit team, gave me an experience that brought Conscious Parenting to the forefront and I knew I had to chat about it.

Sit with me as I tell you what happened with my daughter and I one night this week, and how I was able to - in that moment - use the tools of conscious parenting to not only diffuse the situation, but to also learn what needed to be healed within myself.

If you're on any sort of spiritual path, you may have heard the term Shadow Work...Oooh sounds a little scary maybe? I promise you, it's not black magic, it's not communing with evil - it's a process of going within, being more self-aware, and healing. Which, we all need, right? In this episode, we talk about the process of healing through acknowledging the shadow and I also throw in a bit about manifestation and how doing the shadow work benefits a more intentional manifestation process.

I admit, I've spent the last 5 years trying to figure out the "Secret" to manifestation. I've created many TikToks on the topic even. Nothing wrong with any of the content I've created, but a lot of it was more complex, and admittedly, required more work than this simple answer provides. Yes, you should heal your traumas, do the shadow work, create vision boards, say your affirmations, journal and revise those limiting beliefs - that all works, and is generally needed in order to get to this place of happy - it's like pre-work. But there's also a simpler path to harnessing the Law of Attraction in your favor. We talk about it a bit in this episode!
