We're constantly told to "step out of our comfort zone" as if it were just a matter of willpower or courage.
But what if I told you that your comfort zone isn't comfortable at all?

What we call a "comfort zone" is actually a perimeter of psychological survival. A space we've built out of necessity, not choice. A familiar territory we stay in, not out of laziness, but because leaving it feels like a vital threat to our unconscious mind.
Understanding this distinction completely changes how we approach change.
It's no longer about forcing yourself out. It's about understanding what keeps you in. It's about untangling the unconscious dynamics that made this space a necessary refuge at some point in your life.
Because real courage isn't about forcing your way out.
It's about being willing to look at what's keeping you there.
