Finish this statement:
I would really impress myself if by the end of the year, I…
What comes to mind when you finish that statement?
When we ask powerful questions, we open our minds to new possibilities and ideas. It puts us in a place of imagination and curiosity - and for a brief moment, we get to daydream about what life could be like. Sometimes these moments last, and can be life-changing when we take immediate action towards these big ideas. Most of the time, they don’t last long at all.
In this podcast episode, I will show you that there is a way to really impress yourself by making continual progress on your goals. I’ll also share the exact questions I ask myself and also ask my clients to design our ideal lives.
I hope by listening to this episode you will learn helpful tips on powerful questions to ask yourself to achieve your biggest goals.

Think about a time when you were nervous or anxious.
The reason why you felt nervous was because you were worried about what other people were going to think about you.
Why do we worry so much about what other people think to the point that it stops us from going for what we truly want? Hint: it goes back way before our time.
In my latest podcast episode, I share the psychology behind why we place so much value on what other people think, how it affects us (positively and negatively), and how to manage this pattern in a way that supports your highest self.
We all have fears that are related to what other people think, like fear of rejection, fear of abandonment, fear of being judged, and fear of getting hurt. However, we can choose to stop caring too much about what other people think and you can start by listening to this episode to learn helpful tips on how to manage it.

Think about a time in your life when you felt so sure of yourself. A time when you felt super confident.
For me it was when I was in high school, running for class president of my senior year. I had never run for office before but I felt the urge to pursue the leadership role at that time. And when they announced the winner of the election and I heard my name called, I was floored. It was the best day of my life to date and it still acts as one of my biggest confidence boosters.
In this episode, How to Improve Your Self Confidence (and Why it Matters) I share what it means to have self-confidence and how to boost your self-confidence levels. I also talk about the benefits: like improving self-worth, having more motivation, increasing happiness, having a better social life and even living longer!
Final note: it’s okay not to feel confident all the time there are even some benefits!). Confidence levels ebb and flow. You could feel sure of yourself and on top of the world one day, and very small the next. I hope the tips in this podcast episode are helpful for you on the days when you need it most.

What would it be like for you if on the last day you were on earth, the person you became, met the person you would have become?
Would you be proud? Self-assured?
Or would you feel insecure, or defeated?
For most people I share this with, it brings up the fear that they’re currently living a life without discovering the true potential they have within. If this situation resonates with you, it may be time for you to invest in actions that will provide you with greater returns in the long run.
In this episode, 20 Easy Ways to Invest in Yourself & Build a Better Life, I talk about betting on yourself and how it’s the single most important investment you can make. I also share my personal experience on how I’ve been investing in myself for the last several years to become where I am today.
Listen to this episode to know more about a step-by-step process of how to start investing in yourself.

If you connect with these statements you likely experience superwoman syndrome. It’s a term used to describe people who think they have to do it all by themselves and experience stress in the pursuit of a “perfect life”.
In this episode, I talk about where this pattern comes from, why we do it, how it impacts our lives, and share helpful tips if you find yourself feeling spread thin or overwhelmed.
I also talk about my experiences with depression, eating disorders, and panic attacks due to doing everything myself (and never asking for help).
Do you pile too much on your plate too? You’re not alone.
Listen to this episode for helpful tips and insights on how to handle doing ALL THE THINGS (hint: you actually don’t).

Capitalism and work culture is shifting. It’s evolving in a direction that embraces the human experience. Instead of profit and performance being top priority, organizations are putting more focus into caring for their people and leading with purpose.
People like Nadzirah Hashim are leading the way. In our conversation, she shares how she built a conscious business culture with her marketing agency, Wavemakers and how they celebrate every team member's uniqueness - in and out of the office.

More ways you can connect:
We spend so much time and energy trying to belong, to be good enough, to fit into a mold that not everyone can realistically fit into. And sometimes we get so lost in the pursuit of belonging that we don’t give ourselves the opportunity to find out who we really are.
In this episode, Rose Mystica shares the steps she took to find her true self:

We don’t have to be the strongest, the smartest or most successful. Expecting that of ourselves is exhausting and can add so much stress to our lives, and can also negatively impact our mental and physical well-being.
Instead, how about we learn to practice self compassion and celebrate our uniqueness? Let’s give ourselves permission to be who we really are, at our core.
How amazing would the world be if we all felt safe to show up as our unique selves?
