In today's episode, I'm just catching you up on what's been happening and what we've been doing.
Today, we're playing around with an unexpected hero in our everyday life - ChatGPT. (Personally, I use Jasper, but ChatGPT is the free version so that's what I'm linking for you!)
Summer Schedule Planning: We start by asking ChatGPT to plan our summer schedule. We'll give it a few qualifiers and I'll be amazed at its results.
Meal Planning: Next, we dive into the world of meal planning. If you're tired of answering the question, "What's for dinner?", ChatGPT is here to help. We'll talk about how it can assist in planning meals for the week or even the month, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
Girls' Night Out: Finally, we'll explore how ChatGPT can help plan much-needed downtime. I'll ask it to plan a relaxing and fun girls' night out. Listen on to discover how good of a job it actually did!
Whether you are a working mom, a stay-at-home mom, or somewhere in between, this episode is packed with useful tips to help you navigate motherhood's sometimes chaotic world more efficiently.

Hey there, welcome back to another episode of our podcast! Today, I'm excited to share how we're kicking off summer break with our three kids. We started "two a days"- which in our house means hitting up two parks a day. Plus, we make unlimited trips to Goodwill to buy back the shit we donated two weeks ago. It's a gas! And we will spend some coin on a decent splash pad if that keeps the crowds away:)

In today's episode, I share the top strategy my couple's therapist taught me over the past two years. This episode discusses the importance of creating fair fighting rules with your spouse to avoid lengthy arguments and ensure a healthy marriage.
Why Create Fair Fighting Rules?Arguments in relationships are normal, but they can quickly escalate and damage a marriage if not handled correctly. By creating fair fighting rules with your spouse, you both establish clear guidelines for approaching and resolving conflicts respectfully and healthily.
What Are Fair Fighting Rules?Fair fighting rules are the agreed-upon guidelines couples create to ensure arguments stay constructive and respectful. These rules can include not using hurtful language or bringing up past issues, taking a break when emotions run high, and actively listening to each other's perspectives
How to Create Fair Fighting Rules? To create fair fighting rules, both partners should come to the table with an open mind and a willingness to listen. Identify your personal triggers and share them with your partner, and establish guidelines for communication that honor both perspectives.
Benefits of Fair Fighting RulesBy establishing fair fighting rules, couples can resolve conflicts more quickly and effectively, leading to a healthier and happier marriage. They also help couples keep arguments from being drawn out and emotionally charged.
