We’re baaaack with another Real-Time Reflections episode 🔥 And whew... there is a LOT to reflect on this month.

I’m officially on the other side of leading my first Embodied Expansion Retreat, and this experience gave me such a tangible moment of recognizing just how much I’ve changed over the last two years. The leadership, self-trust, and power I’ve been working to embody didn’t feel like something I had to reach for anymore. It felt natural. It felt like ME.

So we're getting into allllll of that - plus what’s coming next, owning your expertise without downplaying the fuck out of it, and why I need every woman listening to practice saying, “I’m really fucking good at what I do.”
