Welcome to the Unfiltered Club podcast. This is a companion podcast to the Kickass Life Project which is all about fitness and mental health for women. The Unfiltered Club features in my Throw ’Em a Plot Twist Monday emails. It’s 7 fictional women based on real stories, real strength and served with sass, sweat, and no second guessing. Every Monday, I release a new chapter and one of these fictional ladies faces a decision. YOU vote.

We write the next chapter based on the winning choice. It’s interactive fiction meets real-life mess—with heart, hormones, and hella fun.
