This week we recorded another late night show and recount the horrible things we did growing up under duress, why we don't have traditional jobs, the pitfalls of learning, failed attempts at community college, updaters on therapy goals, the joy of shoplifting, old scams and schemes, summering in Collinwood, and more.
This week we finally verbalize what makes Manosphere advice so gross, how much we can't stand politeness, what's improved our moods, why it's hard to have gratitude for the past, and the sound of a voice they makes John want to quit the podcast.
This week we discuss the book No Bad Parts and the Internal Family Systems method and how ridiculous the human brain can be. Do you ever call self "we" in your Inner dialogue? Does it really matter how you talk yourself? The first thing we should be teaching new humans is how their brain works but here we are again, week in and week out, learning basic life skills in our forties. Join us for this discussion as we have epiphanies 25 years too late.

We're sorry for the late drop this week. We had some electric problems leading to computer problems at n the studio. This week we discuss the culture chock we each experienced moving through different types of American landscapes. The inner city, the country, rural and urban areas and the suburban hellscapes of American life all provide a different kind of anxiety and conditioning and constantly moving between them growing up can really throw a monkey wrench into the development of the versions of you the t are up who you are.
