Today is a solo episode! It's been awhile and I thought it was time I talked about what is coming up for me in the future, answer some questions, and let everyone know how they can work with me.
I also talk about detoxification, something that has changed my life in SO MANY positive ways, and of course, essential oils and their benefits.
I want to host Women's Retreat here at our home this September! The plan is to hold it Friday, September 24th - Sunday, September 26th. This weekend will include:

- Essential Oils class - make your own roller and bring it home!

- Fireside evening circles
- organized hike with stunning views of Georgian Bay
I will be charging $750/head - I am offering $100 off if you bring a friend! (We have two rooms that can accommodate two people!) and early-bird (register by August 31st) will receive $50 off.

Today I chat with Chris Stoutenburg about dedication, overcoming (big) obstacles, and the "just do it" mentality.
In 1997, Chris had an accident that left him without use of his legs. Instead of feeling sorry for himself, he accepted his new way of life, worked his ass off, played Wheelchair Basketball in the Paralympics, and went on to become an advocate for inclusivity and accessibility. He got into Crossfit, and recognized it's need for competitive programs for adaptive athletes, and from there Wheelwod was born, a platform used to provide just that.
Chris views dedication in a way that I feel everyone should hear. Today we go through;
- Chris's journey
- how he overcame obstacles
- his experience playing for Canada in the Paralympics
- motivation vs. dedication
- mindset
- why you should set small goals to achieve your big goals
- accessibility and inclusiveness
I hope this episode gives everyone a reason to do what they said they were going to do today. COMMIT!

How much thought do you give to what food you and your family are consuming? Do you know where that food was raised and produced, and how? Do you know where your money is going when you purchase said food?
Today I chat with Mitch Good, Farm Operations Manager of Good Family Farms in Meaford, Ontario. The farm practices Regenerative Organic Farming, and Mitch loves to educate people about this topic on his Instagram, on farm tours, and (lucky for me!) on podcasts from time to time.
Today Mitch teaches us about;
- what regenerative organic farming is
- why it is so important for you to understand where your meat/poultry is coming from
- "pasture raised" vs "free range"
- the relationship between animals, plants and the earth
- slaughter practices (I feel this needs to be talked about)
- why you should want to know where your money is going when you purchase food
- so much more

Today I talk with Conscious Breathwork Facilitator and Somatic & Body-Based Coach Jenn Mansell. Jenn's own journey to healing is a fascinating one, and one I think could resonate with listeners. Your story will likely be very different, but the common denominator is healing past trauma and/or opening yourself up to expansion.
Learn what Conscious Breathwork is, and how it can help you break through emotional barriers and experience release. Jenn tells us today why we should listen to our body, heal from the inside out, and never simply accept a life without healing.
