When I sat down with Alain Hunkins, I enjoyed one of the most poignant and engaging conversations I’ve had on this podcast journey. 

A veritable subject matter expert in his field, Alain is able to bring the conversation to one between two colleagues, his modesty is only exceeded by his deep understanding of authentic leadership. 

As Alain explains, leadership is a skill that requires much daily practice and it’s one that comes with responsibility to role model exemplary behaviour that inspires others to walk beside us, to lead us and to have our back. Leadership is also a joyous gift that requires us to develop habits that help us make progress towards a meaningful goal.

His determination to change perceptions surrounding Middle Eastern food has driven Paramount’s brand success across Canada and internationally as well. Mohamad is a community leader who has regularly participated in fundraisers and community events and supported multiple causes.
