She is a Licensed Authentic Tantra Practitioner, Board Certified Clinical Sexologist, and Relationship & Life Coach specializing in helping individuals become their happiest selves through inner & outer work, while learning to understand and relate to their partners & family in the best ways possible. 

Hannah knows what it takes to create the kind of life & partnership people dream about, through empathy, devotion to self, and conscious communication. She is a trauma-informed practitioner who works with somatic release techniques, designed to get to the root of the issues beyond just a mental approach. She incorporates astrology, human design, Tibetan Buddhist Tantra, along with other spiritual teachings to ensure the most holistic approach to creating a happy life for herself and her clients.

Hannah is not afraid to speak her mind and shares openly about her unorthodox past, as a way to empower others to live a life authentic to THEM.

Christa graduated with Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2000.  She was immediately drawn to Emergency Medicine and was a trauma nurse for 8 years.  She was able to experience working in this field in hospitals around the country including New York City and Norfolk, Virginia.

Christa earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from Texas State University in 2018 and is a board certified nurse practitioner in Family Practice Medicine.  She was the sole practitioner in a clinic specializing in weight loss, hormone balance, and aesthetics.  During this time she realized the tool box of what she could offer for health solutions was too limited for how she wanted to serve her patients. She wanted a better way to help women achieve lasting health results.  With that vision in mind, Christa began her journey with the School of Applied Functional Medicine, learning the root cause approach to personalized healthcare.

In August of 2020, Christa launched her virtual health practice, Elive Health, and is now able to provide help to women around the country via webcam.  As a functional-medicine expert, she specializes in clinically investigating underlying factors of fatigue, hormone balance, thyroid issues, digestive issues, and more.  Christa uses breakthrough diagnostic testing that’s rarely done in conventional settings to uncover the hidden causes of why women feel the way they feel.

About Miss Ashley Harding: I am a fourth-generation educator.  

North Star Academics was founded to improve the educational experience and outcomes for children.  For the past ten years, I have supported children and families around the country to understand and navigate the cultural and academic demands of education.  

I was born and educated in West Los Angeles.  

My commitment to BIPOC educational achievement has taken me all over the world.  I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and earned a Master’s degree in Child Development from Tufts University. In 2012, I studied education reform in South Africa at NYU’s Steinhardt School.  And I am a 2019 Graduate Fellow of the University of Pennsylvania Social Impact program in Belize.  

 I am dedicated to improving the quality of education for students and families.

My professional experience is concentrated on creating social capital and support for students and families of color in education.  While in Washington DC, I was the Director of Family and External Engagement for KIPP DC serving over 6,000 students and families.  I also co-authored multiple research publications identifying the educational disparities of Black and Latino males in educational systems around the country.

Michelle was married for many years and was a stay at home Mom for 2 children. 
In 2015, Michelle realized that her husband was addicted to drugs. In this time, she had experienced financial, emotional and sexual abuse from him, which turned into his sex trafficking her. 
Michelle spent many nights crying on the floor, until one night she saved her life, and ran for the door. 
Since then, she has been healing herself, with therapy and other techniques. 
She has become a strong Mom for her children, in addition to being an advocate and mentor for other women and teens who have suffered any form of trauma and abuse.
Her story is compelling, heartbreaking, and yet full of hope and reconciliation.
