Hello there dearest listener!
Hoping this finds you in good fettle and or if you need any cheering up, that this offering helps nudge you in that direction. We had a load of fun recording this with our special guest Marcus Brigstocke.
Marcus was in town doing our comedy village gigs www.thecomedyvillage.com so it only made sense for him to join me and Tom in the dojo (garage) for a lift.
So much to discuss during our rest periods including, Tom's new 'fanny pack', The perfect time slot to go to A&E, how balloon arches look far too like heamorrhoids, inevitable underpants and huge leaps in gusset technology and there's even an improvised performance of our burgeoning 3 piece Jazz trio!

We hope this finds you in good fettle. It's time for another episode of the weightlifting podcast that really does only contain trace elements of weightlifting at the best of times. Plenty to discuss this week as we recorded this hot off the back of my (Rob's) 50th Birthday trip to New York that Helen so kindly took me on. I've wanted to go since I can't remember way back when and I've found it hard to truly articulate how brilliant an experience it was to visit, like London the sheer depth of humanity and life on display blew my little country mouse socks off! Anyway, as you'll hear I barely mention it to Tom in the podcast! Enjoy!

Hello there Dearest Listeners and extra supportive Patrons. Can't tell you how much I appreciate your support on here, it is of immense meaning to me and I think of you guys every time I'm editing and mixing and this podcast.
After a short break Me and Tom got back under the bar, for a grunt and a good waffle.
Helen joins us in the locker room hot from the charity shops and announces her plans to improve the world of art as we know and understand it. A huge claim.
Tom has some devastating news about his new bread bin, which has really taken his knees out, so adopt a brace position for that.
Listener Paul Martin gets in touch with a truly chilling letter regarding 'AI' or ‘Artificial Intelligence’ as the experts call it and it appears our every move is being listened to from deep cyberspace!
Enjoy the podcast and please keep spreading the word.

Hello there Dearest Patron and Listener.
The title of course is a window into an element of the content in this episode, although I'm delighted to inform you that for once, it doesn't refer to my (Rob's) stomach. Tom describes in hilarious detail his own recent emergency.
We also discuss Tom's recent high rolling celebrity activity at his local Toby Carvery plus loads loads more!
Big love and Enjoy the Podcast.

Hey there Dearest Listener and Potential Patron
We hope this finds you well. Apologies for the delay in posting this next episode - the old 'Diarrhoea permitting' clause may have been maxed out with this one as mine and Tom's respective local education authorities placed their half terms in successive weeks.
Obviously the title gives away the fact we've had more correspondence from Dahood. We discuss the merits of "go top school in your pyjamas" days and there's a superb Pant Cage UK Update from Runcorn + loads more.

Hello there dearest listener and potential Patron,
It's time for the podcast that isn't about weightlifting! This week Tom scares the bejesus out of Rob and all the parents at his school gates by waxing lyrical about the seminal 80's film 'Threads' and brings round a deeply terrifying cheese that really leaves it's mark on the dojo. There's deep discussion about the "gladiators Reboot" too. Recorded in Mid-Jan, this fortunately timeless episode is slightly back-released due to administrative error! Enjoy the podcast!
