Jodi is a licensed therapist who through working on her own issues around codependency and alcohol, found that she was a love addict. She now specializes in helping others struggling with love addiction, substance abuse and trauma through her private practice is Austin, Texas. It was after they both looked at what their lives looked like before they got sober and could clearly see instances where they lacked boundaries that they could see how they are intentional and decisive in their lives now. They define boundaries, discuss examples of their power and usefulness and share how they are each working to strengthen boundaries in their lives.

    In this episode, Tammi and Sondra are sharing all of their big dreams, plans and goals for 2019. They start off talking about their tarot Year Ahead Spreads with The Wild Unknown Tarot, how it has played out in their lives in previous years and how they use it as a tool of intention for the coming year.
