  • Episode 69 - Gloria Blecha
Continuing with the Sober Sister Summer Series, Tammi and Sondra are happy to bring you an interview with their friend, Gloria Blecha. Gloria is a sober Mama, Californian lover of woo and light who almost stumbled into sobriety by way of first attempting to address her issues with money, shopping and spending. This is this first time they’ve had someone on the podcast that was willing to be so transparent about overspending, a problem that can often co-occur with over-drinking and that can pack almost as much shame. They think you will greatly appreciate Gloria’s willingness to be so vulnerable as she speaks with poise and clarity around the thing that lead her on a beautiful path to sobriety. To learn more about Gloria, you can find her on Instagram @gloria_blecha.
This week Gloria shares three items from her Unruffled Toolbox: (1) Breath + Mantra + Oils; (2) Podcasts; (3) Community.
