  • Episode 24 - Balance + Flow, Yo!
    In this episode, Tammi and Sondra hash out some ideas around balance and flow, what each feel like when you’re in it (spoiler: balance can feel a little MEH and sometimes MEH is a good thing), and how they relate to creativity and recovery. They also talk about the ‘all or nothing’ concept, the “mental anguish of moderation” (a quote from Annie Grace), and the intensity and jazzed feelings that result from being in a flow. Is it sustainable? Can you have flow without a little bit of balance, especially as a person in recovery? The girls do their best to come to some helpful conclusions.
