We are on a roll today yall!
We switched it up in mom court and decided to put the dads on trial and since we were on the topic of dads we went ahead and shared our icks, social media pressures and dare we say punishments?? We attempted to answer the million dollar question: when do you know you’re done having kids? While also putting our foot down on kid friendly events. At what point do we put our adult children at a disservice? When is it time to let go? Do girl moms and boy moms have a different experience? We hit it all. While also introducing True Crime Thursday and posing a difficult question regarding the Theo Sabo Case- at what point does an accident become a crime? And drum roll!!! Is Team Courtini or Team Double D Team in the lead as we take on Week 3 of DWTS!!
We start by checking in on our Dancing With The Stars Teams and share who we think will be going home this week. Followed by how mom guilt looks different on everybody.
Of course we had to give our opinions on the cast of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, ranking them from bad to worse because are any of them saints?
Darby goes to Mom Court - who knew hitting snooze would be a crime?
Then we pose the question: if your partner goes on a bachelor party/solo trip on your birthday weekend, do you let him?
We wrap up with insight into the 60 minutes Patrick Clancy interview
We kicked off this episode with a margarita to celebrate 1 month of podcasting and in honor of the release of Practical Magic 2. Believe it or not, Court has never watched the first one!
We covered parenting hardships including night terrors and when is it time to fire your babysitter? You shared the worst advice you’ve ever received and we said it. Let’s all agree that telling someone to calm down, is in fact, the fastest way to make them do the exact opposite?!
One of our favorite shows is back this week!! Dancing with the Stars. Tonight we drafted our individual teams - Team Courtini vs Team Double D, while choosing our favorite pairings one by one and sharing our first impressions. Who’s the under dog? Who’s easy on the eyes? And who’s getting that mirror ball season 35 trophy?? Only time will tell.
We wrap this week’s episode up with another Mom Court. Is rage texting during witching hour a crime?!
This week we realized Patrick carries a lot of the tasks in Courts household! Do people follow traditional “pink” and “blue” household tasks or are we finding a modern approach to share the load? Traditional with a modern twist as we say?!
Then we dive into The Pastors Wife Netflix documentary and the conversations it sparked about abusive relationships and crooked pastors.
We asked you the hills you would die on which led us to contemplating emailing Doritos headquarters and picking sides: Blake Shelton or Miranda Lambert.
Plus, we gave our very honest opinion on the cast of Earle Meets World and realized who’s team Alix or Alex.
And of course, we’re taking another case to Mom Court: Guilty or Not Guilty? Because sometimes motherhood requires a judge, a jury, and a glass of wine. And Darby is looking a little guilty!
Welcome back!! It’s episode 2 where our very own Court goes to Mom Court- is she guilty or not guilty? Darby will decide. Have yall heard of Oreo gate? No worries, we are here to explain that for you. Are you that mom? Or an almond mom for that matter? Discussing that too. We are waiting on pins and needles to hear the jury’s verdict on the Lindsay Clancy trial and we can’t help but share some of the wild speculations out there on this case. We can’t end the episode without paying tribute to the ICON- Dolly Parton. While wrapping it all up with a nice, pretty & unhinged bow that is sharing y’all’s thoughts out loud from our instagram question box!
In this week's episode we dive deep, and we mean deep into the minds of Lindsay Clancy and Hayden Panitierre and post partum illness. Did we just say out loud what we all may be thinking? We definitely did this week, with our very own ‘Mom Court and You Thought It, We Said It’. Ending with a BANG (you’ll hear) while discussing Darby’s intrusive thought since her oldest started preschool.

Welcome to The Unsaid Podcast with your hosts Courteney and Darby - the podcast that covers everything in the group chat and even the conversations we don’t always…
We’re two moms who realized that some of the best conversations happen after bedtime — when the kids are asleep, the house is finally quiet, and we can actually say what we’re thinking.
Here we talk about the messy parts of motherhood, relationships, friendships, and all those ‘is it just me?’ moments. All while keeping up with the latest of Bravo TV, true crime and all things pop culture.
We started The Unsaid because we wanted a place where we could be completely honest, laugh at ourselves, say the things we’re all thinking and hopefully make another mom feel a little less alone.
Because maybe you don’t need another mom friend.
Maybe you just need the one who gets it.
