QUIT YOUR JOB AND LIVE YOUR DREAM. That's what the world, or indeed the internet would have you believe is the best thing to do. If only it were that easy. Quotes printed on marble backgrounds, Kikki K "Rule The World" Planners and rose gold desk tidies aside (the #girlboss aesthetic of choice), what if you don't know what your dream is? And, what if you do, but you aren't living it just yet? Does that now make you a total failure?
These questions and more are what Lea & Sam will be talking about the podcast - they will be sharing their own hopes and dreams for their lives, what success and failure means to them and the danger of buying into a lifestyle just because it is prevalent on the internet. Side note - you are never a failure. We'll be upfront with that one right now.

Beauty is such a bizarre and interesting concept. Our concept of beauty has changed so much over the years, and the media (and indeed everything around us) would have you believe that right now there is a certain way you have to look to be and feel beautiful. Whether it was the pin up styles of the fifties or the waif look in the nineties, every decade has had its look. But what happens if you don't fit into that aesthetic?
We'll be discussing our own concept of the word beautiful in the podcast. How we feel about our own appearance, what we believe makes someone beautiful and how our thoughts have changed as we have got older. Are you confused over the word beautiful? Join us, and we'll try and work it out together!

A darkened room. A cold floor with a thin mat curled underneath you. A thick silence that feels like it can choke you. A head full of everything - buzzing, panicking and loud. The minutes tick by like hours. A gong sounds.
This is how Sam feels about meditation - a strong dislike you could say. But Lea on the other hand is a meditation queen, building an almost daily practise into a very busy like and reaping the so called benefits. So who is correct? On this episode we explore our different feelings about meditation, how to make it work for you and how a dark cold room is probably not the place to start. At the end of the podcast you might not be a convert - but you'll have lots of tip to quiet your mind and crush your anxiety!

Money makes the world go round - or so every shop, advert, bank and indeed politician would have you believe. And, when you think about it, money is a part of our every day lives whether we want it to be or not. That coffee at the train station (and the ticket you buy there), the food on your plate, the presents you'll buy at Christmas and the rent you pay - just thinking about all the ways money makes its way into our lives is exhausting.
So in today's episode, we'll be discussing all things money, and what financial freedom means to us. Whether it's paying off a mortgage so you've got a greater ability to choose your career, or having more money to spend on life's luxuries we'll ask the question - is financial sacrifice now worth financial freedom later?

There are two myths/sayings when it comes to multi-tasking (or as we've always described it - getting shit done). They are - if you want something done, do it yourself and on the other hand the fact that women are reportedly better at multi-tasking. But now we're starting to question whether this is something to be celebrated, and whether having a more linear focus might be better for everyone?
In today's episode, we'll be discussing multi-tasking and whether it does in fact damage our productivity - and our brains. We'll cover how we multi-task, and whether we mean to. We'll talk about what the real effects of multi-tasking are on the brain and on wellbeing and finally we'll share some tips on how to stop!

We won't lie - we love our smartphones. In fact, we can't remember what life was like before we got iPhones - the time when we had to print off maps to get from a-b. When we only had snake for company on long commutes. We we had a phone AND and iPod to keep us going each day. But how much is too much?
In today's episode, we'll be discussing smartphone addictions - what is being glued to our handsets and tablets doing to our health and wellbeing? We'll talk about what smartphone addiction looks like, and spill all about our own addictions to our phones. We'll ask whether smartphones damage relationships, and finally share some practical solutions to stop you turning to your phone

If you've stuck with us for a while round these parts, you'll know we identify as feminists and strongly support equality and women in general. But this week we decided to turn that around and discuss feminism in the context of the men in our lives - and whether it's our responsibility to educate them about it.
In today's episode, we discuss our experiences of male feminists/non-feminist behaviour (either purposefully or not). Equality vs feminism - is there a difference, and do men understand it? We ask should we be shouting back and finally explore what's the best way to get the men in our lives supporting feminism?

Our friendships are amongst the most important relationships we'll form in our lives, and yet we spend very little time thinking about them and understanding whats really going on (in comparison to our romantic attachments). Let's face it, sometimes our relationships with our nearest and dearest lady-friends can be downright difficult and confusing, and we want to work out why.
In today's episode, we ask why is the gold standard for female friendships as portrayed in the media a hilarious, supportive group three or four close mates they can confide in with no room for falling out? How do you navigate friendships when you are at different life stages? and finally, what's behind the intensity of female friendships - why can they be so fragile, and how do you manage that?

We live in an increasingly fast and frustrating world, and feeling frazzled, confused and just downright tired is par for the course. But should it be? With "Self Care" becoming an increasingly popular term in wellness circles, we've all got tools in the box to help us out. But, can self care ever be just an excuse to procrastinate and get lazy?
In today's episode, we ask when does chilling with Netflix spill over from taking time for yourself to being a lazy cow? Sleep - is there a thing as too much? And finally, is washing every day actually the ultimate self care trick?
