It has been so annoying to hear all these liberal networks and podcasters give air to Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Megyn Kelly and others. They do not deserve to be welcomed into the tent of those fighting for real peace and justice. Depending on who we're talking about, these guys are grifters, racists, homophones, antisemites, Islamophobes, and more. It should take real work and real accountability for people to be embraced in this space and these networks and podcasts need to be mindful of that. Uplift those who are already authentically doing the work!

The non-apology apology to #dawnstaley was just what many of us expected in this moment we are in. Just like with the 300,000+ Black women fired, just like the Black woman in the military that Trump didn't want to be seen standing next to, Geno felt very comfortable dismissing Dawn Staley after he completely disrespected her in that moment. Who will stand up for Black people in this moment besides us? I'm not holding my breath based on what I have seen thus far.

The short answer is no. Chili needs to be up front about her connection to MAGA and Nick Cannon needs to read a book. Even a Wikipedia page would educate him and Amber Rose on American history. We have to call out ignorance wherever we find it. There are many Black educated republicans who know the real history of America who do not support Trump's policies and know more about Lincoln beyond his freeing of some enslave Africans.

I have a lot of respect for  @zendaya . She is clearly someone who understands the racial politics of being in Hollywood. Because of her politics, I found myself asking why she primarily does movies that have White males as the love interest. Senator Tommy Tuberville's recent comments targeting Mamdani along with Rep. Randy Fine's comments preferring dogs to Muslims are just the latest examples of the Islamophobic sentiment that is rampant in the United States. No republicans are condemning the anti-muslim statements coming from politicians and others. We have to look at what's happening in Iran as well as in the United States from this lens and fight this together. This will also help combat #antisemitism and other forms of hate.
