Robert Wagner is the President of Idaho State University and came on to discuss the value of higher education in Idaho. There has been a question about the value proposition of higher education in recent years for the average Idahoan who pays taxes into the system. Robert came on to begin the conversation of explaining how and why having a quality, attainable, publicly funded university system in Idaho offers an incredible ROI for all Idahoans, not just those who attend.
