  • Madeline Babcock

It was during the summer of 1968 that a 35-year-old woman named Madeline Babcock disappeared from Venice, California. Madeline’s apartment appeared to have been cleared out. Her family reported her missing, but the police didn’t seem interested. Madeline had a right to move and not tell her family. She had the right to disappear if she wanted to. Around this same time, a little girl in Washington believed she witnessed her father and his friend murder a woman. These two stories would move parallel through time over a period of decades before eventually converging once that little girl grew up and started looking for answers to the memory that had plagued her for years.

If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Madeline Babcock, please contact the Los Angeles Police Department’s Adult Missing Persons Unit at (877) 275-5273 or the Vancouver Police Department at (360) 693-3111.

  • George James

22-year-old George James was last seen by his family on November 23, 1998. He argued with his mother at her Millbrook, Alabama, home and stormed off. Something seemed to be weighing heavily on George, like he needed to escape some sort of danger. George’s mother, Tillis, was confused by this interaction but never imagined this would be the last time she would ever see her son. As the days passed with no word from George, Tillis reported him missing. And since that day, she has never stopped searching for her son.

If you have any information about the disappearance of George James, please contact the Montgomery Police Department at 334-625-2532.

  • Daniel Reoch

On November 25, 2019, 29-year-old Daniel Reoch was in the custody of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Squamish, British Columbia. They picked Daniel up while walking along a rural road in temperatures just barely above freezing, and he was not dressed for the weather. Daniel called his uncle, but something didn’t seem right- his demeanor was off, he was in the midst of a crisis- and the police and Daniel’s family were concerned. But they couldn’t hold him, and he was released from custody that evening. Twelve hours later, he’d vanish into the dark of night, walking off into the darkness of another road in a rural part of the Squamish Valley, never to be seen again.

If you have any information about the disappearance of Daniel Reoch, please call the Squamish Royal Canadian Mounted Police at 604-892-6100. You may also call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-(TIPS).

  • Jimmy Don Robinson

On October 1, 1976, Jimmy Don Robinson disappeared from Elmore City, Oklahoma, just a week after his 21st birthday. Jimmy was no longer living at the Robinson family home but stopped by around midnight. His mom had just gotten home after working a late shift and was cooking some dinner for herself. Jimmy briefly spoke to his family, and they noticed there was a man in the passenger seat of the car that Jimmy was driving. They didn't recognize the man, and Jimmy didn't mention who he was. He said he would drop the man off and be back in about 30 minutes. However, Jimmy never returned, and nearly 46 years later, Jimmy's family is still searching for answers.

If you have any information about the disappearance of Jimmy Don Robinson, please contact the Garvin County Sheriff's Office at (405) 238-7591 or Garvin County Crimestoppers at 1-855-211-STOP.

  • Sandra Eckert

Shortly before midnight on March 26, 2021, 70-year-old Sandra Eckert got into a fight with her husband. It wasn't their first, in fact, it may not have been their first that day. Sandra and her husband had remained in a mutually miserable marriage that was plagued by COVID quarantines, inheritance disputes, and other issues. So when Sandra and her husband's vehicle disappeared around 11:30 PM, it seemed possible that she left in anger and went to stay somewhere else. But just a few hours later, before her family knew anything was wrong, it became clear that Sandra didn't choose to disappear.

Tune in to hear from Sandra's friends and family about their journey to find answers, including the last person to see Sandra alive, her husband.

Yesterday, we brought you the first installment of Isaac Seidel’s story. You learned a lot about Isaac’s life and the events that occurred in the lead-up to his disappearance. You also learned that Isaac disappeared along with his bike, phone, and backpack. Everything else seemed to be left behind at his home. Isaac hadn’t told anyone that he planned to go anywhere. It looked like he had gone for a bike ride with plans to return before dinner. But something happened to Isaac Seidel, and whatever happened to him remains a mystery nearly nine months later.

  • Isaac Seidel Part 1: A Simple Life

36-year-old Isaac Seidel disappeared from Blain, Pennsylvania, on September 12, 2021. By the time Isaac's loved ones realized that anything was wrong, Isaac had already missed a few days of work. When they went to his home, where Isaac lived alone, an eerie scene was left behind. Isaac's bicycle, backpack, and phone were missing, but everything else seemed to be there except Isaac. He had left chicken thawing in the sink. It appeared that he had decided to go for a bike ride and planned to be back later to cook chicken for dinner. Isaac's family thought that perhaps Isaac had been in a tragic accident, so they began scouring the roadways near Isaac's house, looking in ditches and ravines. But there was no trace of Isaac anywhere. Nearly nine months later, they are still searching for answers.

If you have any information about the disappearance of Isaac Seidel, please contact the Pennsylvania State Police at (717) 567-3110. Missing along with Isaac is his dark green Cannondale bicycle.

  • William Jamison Part 2: The Cost of Doing Business

In the early morning hours of March 27, 1981, Bill Jamison disappeared after a night out at a bar and stopping for a quick bite to eat at a diner. When Bill left the restaurant, it was a clear night in the mid to low the 40s. But something happened to Bill after he left the diner. The waitress who served Bill didn’t notice anything was wrong. Bill ordered the same thing he always got during his late-night stops. Bill finished his meal, walked out into the night, and disappeared forever. Yesterday, you learned about Bill’s disappearance and the efforts to find him early on. His family didn’t feel like they were getting enough help from law enforcement, so they started their own search, sometimes using unconventional methods like psychics. They met with law enforcement, begging them to do more. Over the years, family members sent letters to just about anyone they thought might listen or have resources that could aid their search efforts. Forty-one years later, Bill’s disappearance remains just as much of a mystery as in 1981. Today, we will look at some things happening at Bill’s work during the lead-up to his disappearance because a lot was going on. His family has always wondered if that could have something to do with what happened to Bill.

If you have any information about the disappearance of William Jamison, please contact the Roselle Park Police Department at (908) 245-2300 or the New Jersey State Police Missing Persons Unit at (609) 882-2000.
