S9E4 A Deep Dive enters the world of self-refection for the aim of working things out.

You know how sometimes we need to fulfil a task but our brain tells us, 'nope, not gonna happen'? I believe it uses the cover of procrastination but there's something from the past stopping us that is truly the issue.

Past stuff that hasn't been dealt with, or dealt with completely, can put a stopper on moving forwards professionally and personally. In this epi, I uncover so uncomfy truths about myself through self-analysis and suggest ways for you to do the same with the intention of clearing out our minds and getting the original task done.
