"This can be the best day of your life" isn't something we usually think about when real challenges are present in our lives. But I want to challenge you by asking: why? What are the reasons we consciously or subconsciously give ourselves to not experience something truly magical or miraculous today? Maybe we don't even notice how we set a limit to the joy we can feel. Maybe we don't notice that we decide how this day will go by focusing on the negative.
Broken heart? Hard to move on? Still trying to win him back? We got you! Breakups are much like any painful experience of loss, and the lessons in this episode are well worth taking even if you're not currently going through a breakup. Judith herself went through a particularly painful one and tried hard to move on while still trying to get him back - until she started to heal, for real. This led her to help other girls and women who are having a hard time building confidence and ACTUALLY healing after the experience. Only at 19, she is already shining as a coach and an insightful friend for anyone in need of change in perspective.

I love to discuss glow-up and how to elevate yourself - body, mind, and soul! But the most important things to consider are always those of the inner glowing up. In this episode, I discuss:
In this part 2 of our Cycle Series, I discuss how I've learned to love my periods and the time before that. Our cycle is one of the most powerful parts of being a woman, but only if we learn to harness the powers that come with it. So let's educate ourselves further, and tune in to our bodies' wisdom! In this episode you'll learn that:
This topic gets me all fired up! We as women as cyclical beings, but we're not taught or supported in embracing our nature. Instead, we try to live like men, in a linear fashion, and periods are something we're "cursed with", or it's just a burden we have to endure. A lot of this stems from cultural misconceptions and the perpetual shame around this topic. What if we learned about our cycles, the four seasons, and how we can personally support ourselves in each cycle for maximum wellbeing, joy, flow, and creativity? Wouldn't that be just wonderful? Luckily for us, I've learned that it is possible.
- how we're not taught what should be considered as "the basics" around menstruation and our cycles
This feminine journey we've embarked on is not about having a perfect life, or pretending that nothing's ever wrong. Let's not fool ourselves into this fake positivity illusion, and let's stop denying ourselves the messy, difficult parts of having a human life. Tapping into our feminine power and potential brings more joy and ease into our lives, but for us to fully reclaim our femininity, we need to face our darker emotions, feelings, and the signals our body gives us. Honoring the WHOLE WOMAN includes honoring your internal landscape, even when it feels uncomfortable.

If you're anything like me, you've prioritized productivity, working hard, and focusing on your to-do list, and thus being in your heady, masculine state, because 'first work then play', right? But what if we could bring in more pleasure in the day-to-day, feel our feminine essence and sensual awareness, AND feel even more motivated to work on our projects? What if pleasure (it's not just sexual) could fuel productivity? This is what I'm learning, and let me tell ya, it's a lot more fun if I'm not always in the "everything is hard work" mentality.
