One year ago, rioters attacked and burned Kenosha. Today, Vicki is broadcasting from city to talk to those who were there, who were most affected and who are still dealing with the fallout to this day. We hear from Kimberly Warner - owner of Authentique, a gift shot in downtown Kenosha, who watched her city and her business under attack on livestreaming video; U.S. Rep. Bryan Steil (R-Janesville) — who begged Gov. Tony Evers to send more National Guard members and except federal help from President Trump as the riots raged on; Julio Rosas — the Townhall senior reporter who was on the ground in Kenosha when it resembled a war zone; and Pete Deates, president of the Kenosha Professional Police Association, who had to face the aftermath without support from the Evers Administration. Plus, Sen. Van Wanggaard, the Racine Republican who says Tony Evers and his Democrat allies have spent the last month trying to rewrite history, and Empower Wisconsin's Deb Jordah, who says Gov. Tony Evers wants to silence those who point out his failed leadership, as evidenced by his high-priced attorneys threatening Milwaukee TV stations to take down Empower Wisconsin’s ads.
Special thanks to Authentique Gift Shop, and owner Kimberly Warner, for letting us turn the store into a temporary radio studio and to Empower Wisconsin for livestreaming the show on their website.
