This week on the podcast we go down a list of some interesting questions that had us discussing some pivotal moments in our life and really made us think. It was a great conversation where we answered some fun and introspective questions.
This week on the podcast we are joined by Shane and Nioakah Hickman, our family from Tennessee. We talked about many things including Shane's time as a police officer, turning 30, the first plane ride and visit to Texas, driving through a blizzard on New Year's Eve, an intense car chase at 35 mph and so much more.
This week on the podcast we discuss some pros and cons to New Year's resolutions. We also go down a list of some New Years' resolution ideas and our thoughts on them.
This week we're talking about the holiday season. How I risked my life for hanging up Christmas lights (not really), the idea I had a couple of years ago of no gifts for Christmas, how we've learned our lesson after going into debt for Christmas gifts, and an added bonus of the 5 Love Languages.
Holly and I welcome my sister and brother in law, Alex and Carla De La Garza. We had a blast talking about eating octopus, MD 20/20 being the official drink of 2020, the different parenting styles between moms and dads, the difference between a Mexican and White birthday party, and our thoughts on religion.
This week on the podcast we talked about staying consistent with our podcast and finally spending the holidays in our own home as we have traveled to either El Paso or Tennessee the past few years. We also talked about how the military made us grow up and how our children's lives and as military brats are much more different than our lives growing in El Paso and Smithville.
Life after the Air Force, retirement plans, dreams of a ranch, almost leaving the military early, and work responsibility with Holly Villanueva.
This week on the podcast Holly and I go back and forth on a few topics choosing "this or that" for each one and give our rundown on why we made the choice.
