The Vill House Podcast

This week on the Vill House Podcast we start out by going through our top five emojis on our phones.  The conversation takes us down memory lane to our youth and how it could lead to helicopter parenting.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're talking about letting go (quitting) of 75 hard.  Yes, we are done with 75 Hard and we're ok with it.  We give an update on where we're at with the 100 books a year challenge which lead us into a conversation about recent tv shows that we've seen recently listing our top 3.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are returning from a much needed break.  This has been one of the busiest years of our lives and we're trying to manage as best as possible, but some things have falling through the cracks, the consistency with our podcast being one of them.  However, we are back and are making a conscious effort to return to the consistency we've had for the past 2 years.  With that said, we've decided to do 75 Hard again in hopes of rebalancing the scales of our life.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're catching up on the last two weeks.  We discussed spending time with my Dad on Father's Day, connecting while putting up a fence, and Holly's final Air Force reenlistment.  We're only looking forward to what's next.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're talking a trip to the chiropractor.  Everyone has their opinion about chiropractic care and we're giving ours after my first trip to the chiropractor.  We went through a few questions as well leading to things like using the restroom in Iraq and phobias.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're discussing leadership and experience.  Holly received some good news week which leads us into our discussion about leadership and experience specifically in the Air Force.  We've both been in the military long enough to know that experience counts for something.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're talking about a lifestyle change.  This week, I decided to try 30 days of no meat, making me a vegetarian.  It's only day 2 but so far so good.  I'm definitely alone in this change but Holly is being supportive and hooking me up with some meals.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're talking conspiracy theories.  We each give our take on some conspiracy theories like, are we always being listened to?  Were dinosaurs real?  Is Tupac alive? It was a fun conversation/discussion and I think you all will really enjoy it.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are going through another round of questions.  We pulled some questions from a 21 Questions game which made for a great conversation.  We talked about plenty from how I'm trying to teach the kids about money to how we as Americans are not the smartest when it comes to culture and/or knowledge outside of our own country.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're talking about our experiences in Air Force Basic Military Training.  It's been 15 plus years since we went through basic training, but we still remember much of the experience.  Everyone has a different experience in basic training and ours turned out to be a good one.  From preparing to leave to basic training to field training at Lackland Air Force Base, we look back at how we got through basic training.
