We've hit triple digits and we couldn't be more excited.  We brought my brother from another mother Shane Hickman on the show for some laughs, good conversation, and celebrate number 100.  He's also our number one fan!  It's been a wild ride getting to 100 episodes of the Vill House Podcast.  It's been fun, insightful, funny, frustrating, stressful, and so many other emotions, but we love it and we're looking forward to the next 100 episodes of the Vill House Podcast.  Thank you all for the love and support you have given us through the journey.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are discussing going on a social media fast.  I've decided to go limit my time on social media to increase my productivity and creativity.  There is also the adult gamer argument to end the show which is entertaining at the very least.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are back after a brief break and catching up where we left off.  We're discussing the many life transitions we're experiencing, the future of our podcast, another tangent on books, and work/life balance.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are talking about our family history.  We returned home from my grandfather's funeral and seeing all my family members and talking about the past had me thinking about my own family history.  It also made me think about how much do any of us really know about our family history, our grandparents, and even our parents.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we're back after skipping a week to recover from COVID.  Our household has been sick for the past week and a half so we took that time to recover.  We also saw the movie "Brad's Status" starring Ben Stiller in which he reviews his life choices through a series of memories as he tours colleges for his son.  It got us thinking about how we felt about our position in life, the gratitude we have for what we have, and discussing how we have experienced similar thoughts in the past.  That led us into talking about how we view celebrities in this day and age.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are asking and answering hypothetical questions.  We started out on getting into banned books and history before getting into the questions.  These hypotheticals always make for good conversation along with some laughs.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are talking about painful experiences.  I injured my back last week which brings up the topic and we take a trip down a painful memory lane sharing some of our most painful experiences.  Somehow we went down a rabbit hole and ended up talking about being a helicopter parent.
