This week on the Vill House Podcast we are talking Halloween!  We're back from trick-or-treating with the kiddos and going through our memories of Halloween.  We discuss past costumes, trick-or-treating funnies, haunted houses, scary moments, and a rant about a house where everything went wrong.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are talking songs.  Not just any songs though, songs that take us back to certain points in time or have a specific memory attached to them.  We all have them and could probably list out 100 if we took the time to do it.  So, we're only doing our top 5 or at least the first 5 that we could come up with.  It was a lot of fun going down memory lane with these songs.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we are fresh off a trip to Tennessee where we enjoyed the outdoors and a couple of Spartan Races.  We're beginning Phase 2 of 75 Hard and as difficult as the program is, it feels great to be back in the program.  We also talk about two new and amazing Netflix shows that we've really been into, Squid Game and Maid.

This week on the Vill House Podcast it's a guy's night as we have some of our Tennessee family on the show, Shane Hickman, Larry Hughes, and Nick Johnson.  It was a fun and entertaining night as we shared a lot of laughs on the podcast with some country music in the background, ice-cold beer, and a bonfire waiting for us once we wrapped up.  The guys shared hunting stories which included their kid's first hunting experience and one hilarious story you don't want to miss that involved a fracture in the most sensitive of places.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we bring back two of our favorite guests, Shane and Nioakah Hickman.  We're back in their home state of Tennessee and we took a trip down memory lane.  We talked about growing up in middle Tennessee and some of the shenanigans they got into.  We also talked about the Spartan race we're going to run this weekend.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we have a special returning guest Sabrina Scruggs.  Sabrina was one of our first guests on the show appearing on Episode 4 with a truly amazing story of resiliency overcoming loss and adversity.  Today she joins us to talk about her journey through 75 Hard and the progress she's made.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we remember back to where we were when tragedy struck on 9/11.  We then switched gears and discussed a list we pulled from a website of the ALA Office for Intellectual Freedom of books that have been banned from schools and libraries.

This week on the Vill House Podcast, we go through another round of entertaining questions.  We touch on a little bit of everything, aliens, the old west, dreams, and much more.  We had plenty of laughs and an interesting conversation on this one.

This week on the Vill House Podcast we have our good friend Lenny Tillman.  Lenny is an outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer and soon to be a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer.  This is an Air Force heavy podcast, but with plenty of lessons that apply to everyday life and any other career.  Lenny tells us about the difficult times he has faced during his career which he refers to as "Strength Through Challenge."  We also discuss our "Service Turning Point" reflecting on our reasons and motivations for continuing to serve in the military.  Lastly, we share our thoughts on the legacy we want to leave behind when our time is up in the Air Force.
