This week on the Vill House Podcast we're winging it like we used to! We discuss how COVID hit our house, 75 Hard Phase 1 (yes, again), and the Power List that comes along with Phase 1.  The Power Task List has gotten me into a minimalism kick and that dominates most of the second half of our discussion.

This week on the Vill House Podcast, we are back to our normal grind after a much-needed vacation.  We discuss our first week in Phase 1 of the "75 Hard" program we completed a few weeks ago.  If you're not familiar with "75 Hard", a simple google search will give you all of the info you need, however it is a metal toughness program started by 1st Phorm CEO Andy Frisella.  It is a great program and we recommend that everyone do or at least look into it.  Of course, check with you're doctor to make sure that you're good to go with this program.  Phase 1 is the next step to take after completing the 75 days of "75 Hard" which is where we are at now.  All the links to learn more about "75 Hard" are provided below.

On this episode of the Vill House Podcast, we wrap up this series of podcasts on the cruise with a Labor and Delivery nurse from Texas named Grace.  She was a lot of fun to have on the show and I think it was a great way to end the cruise.  We had a blast on the cruise and meeting so many interesting people.  Especially the ones that were willing to join us on the show.

On this episode of the Vill House Podcast, we are joined by an amazing couple who have been married for 41 years.  They owned a wedding venue, Butlers Courtyard in League City, Texas which they have passed on to their children in order to enjoy their retirement.  They truly have an amazing story and the greatest sense of humor.  They are what the kids these days refer to as #marriagegoals.

On this episode of the Vill House Podcast, we are set up at the Red Frog Pub on the Carnival cruise ship for day number 2.  We managed to get a few people from Boston on the show for a hilarious and entertaining few minutes.  Another short podcast from the ship with plenty of laughs.

On this episode of the Vill House Podcast, we are podcasting on the Vista Carnival Cruise ship.  Holly and I took a 7-day cruise and did a podcast nearly every day totaling 6 shows.  We were joined by our good friends Justin Leeper, Erin Leeper, and Kevin Rice.  Day 1 on the podcast was interesting as we tried to figure out the direction we wanted to go while on the cruise.  We were joined by a couple of newlyweds and the first podcast was a success.  The rest of the shows we did while on the cruise only got better.
